I don't think misophonia is as rare as people think. I just think its not very known but people are becoming more aware of it, snapchat had an article about it like a week ago. I used to have anger responses but its changed to more of a cringy, disgusted response now, the anger is still there but not as much, I don't know why.
How to watch this video if you have misophonia: Set speed to 2x and put some cosmic voice noice on in the background (masks out his mouth sounds). Cosmic white noise: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wzjWIxXBs_s.html
Thank you very much, doctor. This conference was so informative and useful. It helps me more and more to understand my Misophonia. I have had it for over 17 years, and I'm 26. It has worsened with the years, but I'm learning how to manage it day by day. I'm Marjorie from Panama, thanks again.
I hope you tried you very best to pull through it. We all need as much information as we can get on Misophonia. Only then will things get easier i think. At least a little bit clearer, anyway. And I hope you're both doing well. :)
I noticed it right away also, and thought ... how can someone who thinks they know Misophonia do this. And if he cannot help it, why not get someone else to do the video for him!
