I was a die hard DBZ fan growing up..I tried to.write off as not as good cuz of my bias but I as soon as shippuden hit peak it surprised dbz easily

You’re a Harry Potter fan , a DC Comics fan, A Star Wars fan as well so I think you’ll like this info. @Obileo346 that's what I'm hoping. I'm slowly trying to include the OG legendary popular Anime into my discovery. I'll eventually get to the likes of Bleach. I hear that's pretty sick too

@PourReactions there are so many great anime about there. You have fallen down a rabbit hole that u might never get out of. Do feel free to branch out to movies, cartoons, games, and shows. You'll be shocked how many anime fans are fans of these too. Also if u r interested there is another Fullmetal Alchemist anime that was finished before the ending to the Manga was finished. The story up to about halfway into it is the same as brotherhood, which is basically a direct adaptation of the manga, bit then does it's own thing for the second half when it ran out of source material.

@@PourReactions also to answer a few of your questions, why the open toed shoes? the creator of the manga liked drawing feet, so he gave most people open toed shoes. why the ninja ID? this is just my head canon, but i think its so if you die on a mission and your face gets super fucked up they can identify who you were and tell your family and shit. not finished watching the vid, i will try to answer a few more of your questions if possible.

@@PourReactions as far as the ranks go, genin is the lowest, chunin is in the middle, and jonin is the highest. think of hokage as the president. multiple people can have the ranks genin, chunin, and jonin, but only one can have the title of hokage.

Hokage is top dog. Jonin is the highest rank under him. Below that is chunin and then genin

The DBZ fans I watch before cant apreciate the "tactical fight" and "dramatic story" and called it, not literally, a BS. DBZ are more like power up and wholesome story (I'm not saying DBZ is bad, I also love DBZ. Its just different).
