First, I want to thank Case's family for allowing me to video their son. Case is a friend of Everett. I first met Case when he was about 11 months old. He hated being on his stomach, but he had figured out how to sit when placed. He didn't take weight on his legs either. His mother assumed he had reflux like her, so she did not push tummy time with him. The lack of weight bearing on his arms has affected his arm, leg, and trunk development. He has some stiffness, similar to a child with cerebral palsy. Medical Assessments with Case have recently determined that he has gallstones that he was likely born with that will have to be dealt with medically. I provided some general recommendations to his mother at 11 months, but starting at 14 months, she allowed me to film him. I am so excited to see him grow and change over time.
These videos are not to replace in-person physical therapy. Individualized therapy is critical for a child's success. Please do not try these with your child if your child has other risk factors or has skills, strengths, or weaknesses significantly different from Everett's. My email address is amysturkey@gmail.com. My website is www.pediatricPTexercises.com. Please remember I cannot provide treatment recommendations for a child I have not personally evaluated. You will need to find a local therapist for recommendations specific to your child.
These videos may be more helpful if seen in order as I perform easier treatment techniques first. Here is the link to his playlist:

@@pediatricPTexercises Actually I have a lump and I want to get it checked whether its exactly a neurofibroma. How can it be checked? Through a needle test?If that confirms it's a neurofibroma, then I can follow up with genetic testing right? Correct me if I am wrong. Thank you!

@@soulsounds9942 I recommend you consult with your physician and determine the best path for diagnosis and treatment

@@pediatricPTexercises Checked with multiple physicians but they all give contradictory answers.Somesays to do a biopsy. Some says to do genetic testing first. I'm really worried and don't know exactly what to do. Thought you can give me an opinion on what to do to determine it exactly. I don't think we have doctors specialised in NF here.physicians that I've consulted are not aware of what exactly should be done. Anyway Thanks

@@soulsounds9942 I have never met you nor have I seen your symptom presentation. I recommend you follow the suggestions of local doctors who have assessed you personally. I’m sorry it’s confusing. It does sound like there are multiple ways to diagnose neurofibromatosis. I wish you the very best.
