Currently taking physics this year, I enjoy understanding and learning why things are the way they are and always catch myself asking how or why questions to myself. I want to study hard not just to ace exams but to KNOW what it truly is. Testing is one thing but fully being capable of understanding what I’m taking in is another.

Geez this is the coolest answer I get. From idk level get to I love physic. It’s poor to student who didn’t get “what is physic actually do” and do the hard thing while never understand what the true meaning of physics
Please make more videos. I really understand the way you teach. A lot of vids give me anxiety. But I feel like you think the way I love to learn. I'm a mature aged student and it's been a huge up hill battle to go back. Teachers assume I know more than I do. They speed though things or don't mention it at all because it's assumed knowledge. But I need it slow and simple. I loved your calculus vid. I'm staring calc in 2 weeks.
I couldn't comprehend chemical concepts, so I told my Pastor the night before our exam; "Pastor Arrington, we're having a test tomorrow in chemistry, and I don't understand ANY of it!" Pastor said, "Pam, we're sure gonna pray." Well, they MUST HAVE PRAYED, because JESUS literally taught me inorganic chemistry the morning of our FIRST 5 chapter exam! He said... Get your book. This...is how you do this. This is how you do this. This is how you do this. And I saw the formulas moving around on the pages for 5 CHAPTERS, like little cartoon numbers! Then I went in and got EVERY question right! GLORY! Not only THAT, I got EVERY question right on EVERY exam that mean, hard-hearted professor gave me for the ENTIRE class! HALLELUJAH! 🙌 That prof KNEW he hadn't taught me, neither had the flippant tutor I'd gone to. The man was flabbergasted. "For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of His mouth cometh knowledge and understanding." Proverbs 2:6! 🙏

It answers basic things that happen every day in the street, home, school... I think it is more important for adults that drive every day or people that ride the bicycle
Good video but small trifle: at around 0:44, friction should be pointing to the left, since friction always opposes the direction of motion of an object in contact with another object
I will be taking physics in my sophomore year ( next year ) and I really like this video! Now I can somewhat expect the things I would have to interpret next year.
Physics is what i wished math was when i was a kid (like that it would actually be used for something tangible) I think i might take physics when i get to uni eventually
my definition of physics in one word: mechanics. From classical mechanics (levers, momentum, etc), to wave mechanics (Maxwell, etc), to quantum mechanics (Einstein, etc). Physics = mechanics
JESUS is THE Ultimate Truth! "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me." John 14:6! The Way! The Truth! The Life! WITHOUT JESUS there is NO way. NO truth. NO life! AMEN!
physics is NOT just applied mathematics. Math, to a physicist, is but a tool, the language to describe the how, but the physical laws that govern the universe itself are their own real thing. Knowing math alone and being good at math does not mean one will be a good physicist. Its akin to saying that someone who has a master command of the English language will be a good writer and produce wonderfully complex works of literature. Having the tools alone is NOT enough. So again, no, physics is not just "applied mathematics".

You weren't SUPPOSED to split the atom. The word atom MEANS "unable to be split"; a + tom, from a Greek word meaning 'unable to cut.' That should have TOLD the scientists who inSISTED on splitting the atom further that it might not be a good idea to split it further.
