Thank you for your valuable suggestion Sir. My Dad needs this video the most, having survived the COVID-19 disease after getting admitted in the ICU. Post Covid Complications are really morally depressing. To deal with them needs much willpower and patience. Thank you Sir! 😊🙏❤️
Hello. I did some exercise before my infection was clear and it made my symptoms worse. Is this normal? Will I be able to recover soon from this? I did all blood tests and X-rays they were normal. Please advise
Hello Doctor, I m also experiencing slight light headedness since last week, now after consulting my doctor, he has prescribed Zevert 16 mg tablet twice a day for 5 days. I had been discharged from hsptl on 27 may 2021. Until the last week, I was very normal, no post Covid symptoms at all. But now this dizziness has started. How long do you think it would last? And can u plz suggest any form of exercise to reduce the condition,
Light headedness am not sure why you are started on steroids for that. Nevertheless if they are helping then continue for prescribed duration. For me light headedness is more commonly observed with varying sugar levels/varying bp/ deficiency of multivitamin/stress & anxiety/side effect of certain medications/lack of proper sleep. Multivitamin you must take High protein diet Deep breathing exercises Yoga Meditation Proper sleep of 7-8 hrs
Very nice informative video sir.All things are understandable very easily. Thank You. I am having mouth ulcer after got negative.is it coming under POST covid complications as i didn't find in your video regarding this.
Hi. For sleeping issues one of the best thing to do is to learn some relaxation exercises because as soon as your mind and body relaxes you will go into a light sleep and then into a deep one .... Learn about "PMR" progressive muscle relaxation exercise in which you focus on your body parts one by one in as small parts as possible and just keep scanning your body this way from toe to head and you will go into sleep. Ofcourse there are many more ways too of learning mind relaxation like meditation, mindfulness breathing, yoga .... A specialist can also help but that wud be by some mind relaxing medicines A psychiatrist or even a physician (MD) or Pulmonologist can also help. If you wish you can take appointment with us on 9958253661
Sir I am diabetic 59 and I have been infected with Dengue and Corona positive and now my sugar is 165 with 55 units of 2 combination insulin. Now I am in the 4th week and I am headache and abdominal pain and bloating, fatigue and excessive hunger.Kindly advice.
Hi Sir, Having shortness of air feeling when talking or walking for a while and pulse rate moves to 100-110. Discharged on 20th may post covid treatment for 14days, still my oxygen saturation levels at. 94%. Does it take longer to stabilize to normal levels. Please advise
Entire case needs to be discussed sir .... Difficult to answer this way. How much is lung involvement How much is the working capacity of lungs What is saturation with and without oxygen Days into illness And many more things. Please consult a Pulmonologist nearby you or you can book an appointment with us on 9958253661
@@khushbooupadhyay6906 it took 3 weeks to get 94% oxygen saturation, post discharge dropped to 90 levels, used to sit an hour each morning and evening in fresh air outside and doing breathing exercises, also followed high protein diet. Post 94% stability started using spirometer.
There cud be multiple reasons for back pain .... Calcium and vitamin d deficiency Generalised malaise or post Covid myalgia Prolonged lying in bed Nutritional deficiencies Take high protein diet If no Breathlessness then start mild stretching exercises for back Take calcium and vitamin d supplement

Check with a doctor. I’ve got post Covid lung infection that got revealed in CT scan. Though the infection is less with 2/25 index, I’ve used medicines and the cough subsided. Do not neglect if you get dry cough continuously. Please.

Sir mera 21 June ko corona positive aya tha 27 June ko negative aya ...lekin 13july ko fir se RTPCR report me corona positive dikha rha he...body ke andar kuchh problem ho sakta he kiya ?
Thank you for your informative videos. I recovered one and half months back, but my pulse rate is still around 100. Can you suggest exercise to bring it to normal level.
High pulse rate is a known after effect during post Covid. Main causes are 1. Stress 2. Post Covid inflammation 3. Lack of sleep 4. Lack of oxygen in body 5. Persistent fever 6. Rarely cardiac cause The best thing is to start doing certain relaxation exercises for mind and healthy sleep. You will have to search them. One I can suggest is Progressive Muscle relaxation
Sir, Covid infection gives our Body "Natural Immunity" against another attack for a few months. How long, I'm not sure as I am no doctor, but did some research online. Anyways you are pakka protected for 3 months for sure ( because of the Covid infection )
The most worrisome problem for all of us is breathlessness or feeling of tightness in chest post covid. In supine position mostly the spo2 is 96 to 99 but fluctuates on standing or doing activities.I myself suffering from this problem 4 months after i caught corona,My CT score was 20.My spo2 levels are improving gradually with the help of yoga and breathing practices with walking upto 1.5 to 2 km daily. But i think all of us are facing a common problem of feeling breathless or short of breath many times in a day with spo2 fluctuations.Reading all over the internet i came to the conclusion that no one has a definitive answer to this bu yes things improve gradually with a positive attitude.
Hello doctor, I tested positive for Covid on January 24th and had mild symptoms. I felt fine and did 45 minutes exercise on February 2nd. After that I felt chest pain and tightness, shortness of breath, joint pain, and horrible cough. I am still feeling these symptoms one month later. All blood tests and ekg came normal. Is this inflammation after exercise? Will it go away on its own? Please advise.

Hello Doctor I contracted COVID on 25/01/2022 and it was a mild and I quarentined at home but it's almost close to 2 months now, I used to feel very fatigued but that's reduced now but I still feel tired and I have mild pain in my thigh and chest and I don't get proper sleep at nights. My Doctor prescribed me Absolut Gold and Bilasure M since I have allergic Rhinitis and I take Rivotri in the night for sleep. Should I wait for 1 more month for complete healing? Or should I do something else

Needs evaluation for cause of fever. As this is very recently recovered case in June 2022 so fever can be present for a few time which is a part of long covid & multisystemic inflammatory response!! Hello Doctor, its been 35 days since the first symptom of covid 19. I am a male, 42 years old. I had mild symptoms with no breathing issues or body pains. But now since 4 days, i am experiencing mild upper chest burning. I constantly have to clear my throat. At times I feel feverish and cold with no fever. The GP said there is no infection or phlegm/mucus in the lungs. Only ECG was done which was normal. I did had acidity 5 days ago which the GP said could be the reason. Could this be a post covid symptom? Should I take a second opinion? I do not have any underlying conditions. Thank you.
Doesn't seem like post covid as you only had mild disease. Kindly consult a specialist nearby you and get evaluated if symptoms persist and take treatment for gerd (gastro esophageal reflux)
@@Lungsukh_by_Dr.Ankush Appreciate your reply Doctor. I had visited another GP today. He gave me Diprofos injection and Tab Milga (Benfotiamine + Vit B6 + Vit B12). The first GP has prescribed Pantomax 20 mg, Clara 20mg, Motilium 10mg. FYI : I reside in Kuwait. Both the GPs said chest Xray is not required. What should I do now. How long do you think the pain will last? I really appreciate the work you are doing in spreading the knowledge with a splendid way of explanation. Thank you again.

You will need to learn to relax your mind. Learn PMR progressive muscle relaxation exercise before sleep Or you could listen to any hypnosis for sleeping. On RU-vid only you would find plenty

For mood and lethargy lifestyle modification is needed like yoga, meditation, journaling, aerobics, laughter club, indulging in hobbies daily, exercise, sports, learning new skill etc
