KPI means - Key Performance Indicators They will tell about the performance of a dept by indicating Target Vs Actual achieved by that department. KRA means - Key Resulting Areas They are critical / main responsibilities assigned to a person where he has to focus and show his result against his target. His performance will be decided based on the result. Normally they are used for appraisal purpose.
