I've watched a couple of your videos. They are super helpful. The master electrician at my job handed me some schematics and an MCC bucket. I just finished installing the bucket today and fired the motor up, wired it from the bottom up, all controls and 3 phases, had a small VFD in it to control speed remotely though. Your work here is greatly appreciated man.
