Xrp is a bridge asset, designed for cross border remittance. The fact that you're comparing it to a stable coin, shows that you have done very little research on xrp

I have learned alot from the comments here and I really do suggest you redo this video. This is one of my favorite crypto channels and its important you get everything right.

This video is packed with misinformation and you guys clearly have a fundamental misunderstanding about both XRP and Ripple Labs. I'm sure it's difficult to track down the details for every project you want to make a video about, and then actually make a video about it, but it would be better that you don't make a video than to make an inaccurate/misinformed video. I was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt until I heard you say "The rest are given to Ripple Labs each month at a rate of around 1 billion Ripple per month." If your information can be so confidently given, and at the same time be so tremendously inaccurate... then I'm afraid to trust your other videos, Man.

I think it's obvious this channel is biased (negatively) towards XRP. The fact they call themselves the best channel giving advice on crypto, receive so many corrections in the comments and still choose to keep it up makes me feel the person was either paid, or they know EXACTLY what they are ding by keeping this up. What is even MORE crazy is they have almost 600K subs. YIKES!!! EDIT: In addition, I've watched the Shib, Matic and Chainlink videos and also read the comments on each video. You should have done some research before posting this video. I do agree that much of the information you posed is incorrect and could have been sought out in a simple Google search. I advice learning more about the current cross payment structure and how XRP acts as a bridge between different currencies. If you want more information, let me know.

XRP is the native coin of XRPL and it existed way before Ripple. Also, Ripple doesn’t set “people they trust” to set the UNL. Anyone including you can set a UNL.

Payment channel's on layer 2 are expensive to open, hence why xrp is a better solution to stablecoins :)

You do realize the banking industry wouldn’t adopt this tech if there were not a valid transaction checking system in place that meets their regulatory requirements. To insinuate that the method being used can be faked and money stolen is disingenuous. Maybe you should rely less on discord for research

Unfortunately this guy really hasn’t don’t research, there are so many incorrect statements here I not even going to bother.

XRP certainly has an interesting community. Not sure why so many people are saying 'this is misinformation', but won't point anything specific out. Regarding the comments that this is 'misinformation", here are some things clarified that I missed in the video: 1) XRP is not a product of ripple. XRP was created from 3 engineers, who started a company called OpenCoin around it. OpenCoin rebranded to RippleLabs. So technically RippleLabs didn't make XRP, but the *people* running RippleLabs started XRP. 2) RippleNet actually contains other products, not just xCurrent. They all solve the same problem though. 3) XRPL uses a variation of Federated Byzantine Agreement, but what I described as a "Unique Node List" is how it works. 4) "Unique Node List isn't centralized". I shouldn't have said that it is "basically centralized" and instead said "the ledger is decided by a small number of validators" so that you could come to the same conclusion without my summary 5) I still have no idea why someone would be a validator for XRPL without getting a reward, even though some comments say it is obvious. 6) One way XRP is better than stablecoins, is stablecoins are pegged to USD, while XRP is not. This is the only advantage. 7) I only delete comments impersonating me, or that promote a scam through messaging someone on a third-party app. I am not sure why these issues were enough for 50 people from twitter to all comment that this video is "misinformation", "wrong", and "should be deleted". Why was this stuff so difficult to understand? Why aren't there any clear, informative videos like this created by XRP themselves? I am not sure, yet.
