Thanks, bro for the nice video. At minute 02:55, You said we should not send it to third parties like landlords. My question is that we should not send the free version, right? and we have to send the paid version of Schuffa to the landlord. right? Or, should we not send the Schufa report to anyone at all? if this is the case why do landlords ask it in the first place. I need your reply as soon as you can bro. thanks.

What is the difference between kostenlose datenkopie and Schufa-BonitatsAuskunft? Can I submit kostenlose datenkopie certificate to landlord?

The free version is for your personal use as it has less details. Usually landlords ask for the paid version

I have a question: does the Schufa take into account payments made abroad? For example, you have made a video about a credit card based in Luxembourg. If people pay their balance from their German bank account, does it count for your German credit score?

So these might be two different questions. The first one is will international payments have an effect on your Schufa score, generally no but Germany has contact with many other countries and some connection with other countries. The second question I am assuming is about Gebührenfrei Credit Card? Even though Advanzia bank is from Luxembourg, it is operating under a German banking license in Germany so all of the transactions will be under BaFin and SCHUFA. Did I understand your question correctly?

Is schufabonitats Auskunft and schufabonitats check same? I got a schufa in pdf online from Immobilien scout , can i use it to get a new Apartment?

Yes you can use that certificate for rental apartments

Hi! I would like to know which address use when applying for the SCHUFA if I was one time living in germany but then I came back to my country and now I am returning back to Germany. Hi , I have recently got here in Germany and after 4 months with a non-limited contract I tried to get a handy contract and I got refused so I checked my shufa score and it is 90,84% , do you know why could Ive got refused and what can I do ?

In just 4 months your score shouldnt be as low as yours. Did you change your bank accounts , credit cards, houses often in the last 4 months?

It shouldn't have a negative effect but try to use it from time to time.

Once you come to Germany your Credit Score from India would not be considered. Your SCHUFA score will start from Scratch.
