I’m recommending you guys to all my friends and family - best educations crypto RU-vid Chanel there is. So easy to understand. Keep up the hard work and you guys will be cornerstone educators of the industry in a few years time. Thanks for all you guys do!
Nice video! Very easy to understand the complexity of sharding in less than 6 7 minutes. Nice work guys. P.S: I don't know if you heard about ElrondNetwork but they already resolved the trilema Blockchain and the network it's already live. You can look into the project a bit if you want to. That's pretty amazing and blow mind technology already live.
Elrond and Zilliqa and ALGO are all good on this. But these three have yet to get to a point where we can clearly say that the network is Decentralized. Harmony One is a much better Project. They have same prob and they are aware of it. If no DEX'd, then they'l die. Sharding projects are all currently not DEX'd enough.
Why everyone uses analogy for sharding as adding new pathways, it's more like dividing one pathway in more smaller paths. It's like crossing border where there is one road where 20 cops are guarding to dividing it in 5 roads where 4 cops are on each. So, yes we have more paths for everybody but they are less secure. I think it's important that we acknowledge that number of nodes that validate those paths/shards gets smaller. Therefor it will be easier to get fraudulent transactions on blockchain. Correct me if I'm wrong. Sharding is simply sacrificing security for scalability?
Thanks for the forecast! 📊 Just a small off-topic question: 😅 I only have these words 🤔. (behave today finger ski upon boy assault summer exhaust beauty stereo over). Not sure how to use them, would appreciate help. 🙏
Im struggling to understand the difference between sharding and forking. Wont this cause discrepancies in ETH and gas price between the chains? I understand that the beacon chain will select the validators for each chain but how is the data being transferred across the different chains ? Very interesting i will need to do some research! Thanks!
How would making it more centralized make it more vulnerable security wise? I thought decentralized would put it more at risk? Am I missing something...
