My baby is nearly 1 and has been a great sleeper since 6 months and recently started waking up a couple of times through the night. She has dinner at 5 and goes to bed around 7, she used to sleep all the way til 7-8 now she wakes up at midnight for more milk and again at 5 for milk. She doesn’t wake up crying, she’ll play for like 15 minutes in her cot and then start squinning for milk. I want her to go back to sleeping though the night. She naps 2 hours in the day, sometimes an hour.
You make it sound so easy! Great video..really struggling to put 8 month old baby to bed it's only because she wants to be with me as she's fine once I pick her up xx
Yessss.. just discovered your Instagram. So happy you've made a RU-vid! Your so easy to watch. I'm due in June and hoping to educate myself a bit on sleeping, breastfeeding etc so I'm (hopefully) as prepared as possible so I can try get into routines etc. Much love!!!
Hey I really need your helpppp lol. My 6 month old has about 2/3 cat naps in the day. His last sleep today was 2ish Iv kept him awake till half 7 but hasn’t yet worked. He is waking up already. I’m really drained as he doesn’t sleep at night. And still having two bottles of milk in the night xx
So my 5month was waking just once in the night anywhere from 3-6am then awake 7/7.30... since 3.5months he’s been waking 2.30, then awake for the day around 5! He goes to bed at 7 usually with no fuss, then wakes at 11 for a feed and change... please help! Don’t even mind the 2am, but would love him to sleep longer in the morning!! Love your instagram and now RU-vid!! X
Would love a video on how to support a three year old who goes to sleep beautifully in his own bed at bedtime but wakes a fair few times from two o clock onwards shouting for mummy!
Love your videos on Insta/Facebook, so its great to see you on RU-vid. Me and my husband are finding your tips so useful with our little boy (6mnths)....thank you 💜 xx
Hi. My little boy is 9months old, still taking 3 (very short) naps. Would you recommend the 6-9month course or 10-18 months? And is it always advisable to rid the dummy before starting? Thanks x
Hi. I've purchased the 10-18m course which is brilliant. Very clear and informative- can't wait to get going! However my little boy still needs three naps because they're so short. Is there any chance I can be sent the routine before to see if I can bridge the gap, as he seems too far off the routine designed in your 10-18m course? Thank you so much already x
Emma Freeney the 6-9 months course includes a possible third nap but I would just advise that you make sure all naps are finished by 3pm and not worry about the length too much x
@@JustChillBabySleep thank you so much for your quick reply! We have early rising as huge issue (often 5.30). Is it advisable to still wait until 9am for first nap? He tends to rub his eyes etc after 2.5hrs wake time! 🤦🏼♀️ thanks x
Hey just wanted to ask a question, what time would you say the latest for nap time for my 6 month old would be, thank you. Would be amazing if you could answer xX
Beck Pithman depends if they are still doing 2 naps or 3. Lots drop down to 2, in which case latest nap should be finished by 3pm. If they are doing a nice long nap that is x
