What is Tarang Shakti? Second-phase begins in Jodhpur | WION Wideangle 

India launched its biggest multinational air exercise 'Tarang Shakti' on the 6th of August. The exercise is being conducted in two phases. The first took place in the Sulur town of Coimbatore district in Tamil Nadu from the 6th of August to the 14th of August and the second is currently taking place in Jodhpur in the Indian state of Rajasthan- from the 29th of August to the 14th of September. Various aircraft like the Eurofighter Typhoon Jet and SU-30MKI were a part of the first phase. Why is the Tarang Shakti exercise important? Which countries will be a part of the exercise in phase 2?
