What is the 28 day rule with relation to Tachograph? What is a Manual Entry? 

I'm Rowan I worked for London Hire Community services. Back in August 22 The manual entry came in into force my colleagues are still today driving without tachograph cards and no manual entry

Even new drivers that have never driven will need to manually enter the previous 28 days the first time you install your card?

Hi, excellent discussion. I have a question. I am reired, however I drive for agancies on the odd occasion, maybe once a week maybe once in a fortnight. So, where do I stand with this ruleing - do I have to do a manual entry on the back of a print roll for every day I am not working and keep it with me? I would like to have some clarification so I am compliant if stopped.

Hi, I drive a truck with an analagoue tacho occasionally. I may go over a week without driving. Question is.. when I return to drove the truck after say 9days off. How do I record this in the analogue charts? 1 for each 24hour period or can I summarise this whole period of rest on 1 chart? I work 6 job driving a small van some other days aswell. Thanks for any help.
