Listening to the Doctor and following the advice to the best of our ability go a long way in dealing with Multiple Myeloma. For the past three years I have been co existing with this ailment and I thank my doctors for their valuable guidance and I keep listening to Dr. Durie.
my next appointment with(Haematologist) is 6/10/2023 . and said i dont need at the moment again biopsy only full blood test . sometimes my( toes ) is a bit pain
hi there mr doctor . first test show more protein . and my family doctor sent me for haematologist . and he said is mgus or myeloma . . after biopsy from my spine and another blood test he said no cancer . and he repeat another blood test and full sonography . he said my sickness is fatty liver . but he didnt gave me any medication .
I would be very interested in knowing which type of foods and herbs to avoid when you are on VRD and also what to avoid when you are on Lenalidomide or Thalidomide for maintenance chemotherapy. Does cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli have to be avoided? Does ginger have to be avoided?
Not too much Gluten, Eggs, Milk, Cheese,Meat. More fresh Vegetables, Fruits,leafy Greens. Not too much fat. And only the good ones like Olive-Oil or Walnuts. Good Luck @@sakshamgupta9378
@@feliciascott1563 They’ve done a whole bunch of blood tests and a couple bone biopsies which were incomplete. They’re saying that my body is generating the “M” protein but it’s stable at this point. Meanwhile, it continues to tear up my kidneys. My nephrologist currently has me on a high dose of prednisone which has shown slight improvement. I’m hoping the maybe the (2) issues are separate, but still unclear 😕

Don't stress, MGUS , remember the key words Undetermined Significance. Do not limit your food intake, just eliminate refined sugar,simple Carbs , mainly bread, unless you bake your own bread with organic flour. Even limit that. No crap pasta if you do eat make your own, still do not eat that every day.Only you know what's in your food . It seems chronic inflammation starts the MGUS train. They say there is no cure, but eat. God gave us dominion over this Earth to be Fruitful and Multiply. Some of these things have been compromised, because of mans sinful greed. So that means you're only going to be able to buy meat from a reputable farm, or have them butcher it for you. Plant fruit trees, grow veggies. But do not stress, get into a good state of mind.
Any doctor who tells you that fish is healthy doesn’t really know nutrition. Fish is 50% fat 50% protein, not to mention the pollution in our oceans. Listen to Dr. Peter Rogers videos. Very enlightening.
