Hi Dr. Iam 45yrs old. Iam suspecting that I have approached menopause stage. I have experienced hot flashes for the last one month, virginal yeast that has lasted for 3 days. My periods have been regular but have delayed almost 3 weeks now. I have children and do not need more, I normally use natural method of birth control.
