You're just trying to attract very wealthy customers and ignoring the average Joe who wants to build somewhere up North or away from Toronto. So I'm leaving you a negative review.
I'm wondering if you have any experience or knowledge of the costs of building a small main street building in Toronto. That is, concrete structure 5-7 stories, elevator, with the main floor being left for commercial and the upper floors being condo apartments. The typical plot would be 20-25' with a 100-140' depth. I ask this question because semis in the core of Toronto are really expensive now. A 2200 sq ft semi cost 1.5-1.8 million. I just think a boutique condo building would be a viable solution.
Can you do a video comparing the cost of new construction (2020-2021) comparing to , let's say 2016. The housing price gone up total of, around, %50. Is it the land cost? Or more due to increase wage and minimum wages? Or is it more material cost?
is it accurate to say the prices have surged dramatically because of covid per foot? I get builders saying its costing like 600 per foot nowadays for a decent upper/mid quality home.
From 2019 to 2020, how much prices would have increased in your estimate. Specially for land. I cannot find any good piece of land in south mississauga or south oakville for 1mln
This has been our client's biggest issue as well. we are currently door-knocking, in order to find the next property. Due to inventory being so low. Within that price point, it may be difficult now. If you ever wanna chat, send us a PM on IG @thefurtadogroup
200-300sqft is your cost not the bottom end costs direct with the trades. These builders are a lot less on a subdivision on a base house, understanding the quality isn't par with full custom home. Builders are charging under 2 mill now for 3000sqft in vaughan.
This was really helpful information and put it together very well. I really enjoyed it. Thank you. I am planning to build custom house in London, ON. I might contact you next year or two.
Well composed video, great big picture concepts with helpful details. I am an engineer with project management experience turning home builder. Any tips/resources/courses for learning the ropes of the industry? Thanks so much.
Hi, hope you are doing good. I have question, wood is a natural thing & all over the world people try to save the forests & governments educate the people not to cut trees . Why do you people use metal, alternative for wood framing in the houses. Regards
In effect, sell thine vital organs and soul to the devil and have a good friendship with devil's best friend, God! 😂🤣 Of course, if ye can crap money, that much better.
Great video, quick question as we are trying to buy custom home North from Toronto. Builder pay the land $400.000 and build 3456 sq foot custom modern home What will be the fair price to pay for that home ? Thanks for the answer ...
