Conventionally C.O.L.E is the fastest vehicle. UNCONVENTIONALLY strapping two hydrazine thrusters to the back of a large rover is the fastest [steering sold separately].
Well... I've actually used a couple of platforms winched together, and exited the solar system before. Another time, also when using winches, I actually managed to successfully land on another planet after around an hour of hoverboarding in space once I got off of the contraption. Portable oxygen, hoverboard, and hydrazine thrusters of course necessary, but my friend came and picked me up in a space ship once I did land, and brought me back home alive. Steering on winch contraptions isn't even sold separately, you're just done for.
Should have tried the hoverboard with two jetpacks as well as the one snail that makes you faster. The medium rover may be good for attaching a thruster. Maybe add one on top for downforce? I wonder what vehicle freefalls the fastest. P.S. Where's my rap intro? We need more.

Yes but the missions cost the materials I mentioned and you get a free hoverboard for completing them so really it cost the ones I talked about since you really only need one
