What Is The FUTURE Of Mario Kart? 

I think a good idea for the cart customization is to have presets. In the options, there are many parts that have specific sets. You have the standard combo, animal crossing, breath of the wild, Mercedes, standard bike, standard ATV, Ect. I think the best move forward is to make it optional. After you pick your character, you can chose between presets or customisation. To add on to that, you can also save your own custom presets. That way, you can easily switch between different combos you like without having to manually select every time.

I say they keep choosing karts but they also have preset karts that you can save and just basic karts for new people

Ideas 2 and 3 hurt to watch. “Let’s make Mario Kart a live service game!” Sure, you wanna add microtransactions too? And only 13 Mario characters (I’m including the Yoshi and DK characters in this count) so it can be Nintendo Kart? No thanks.

I think bringing back character specific items like in double dash and tour would be cool, as well as a reverse mode like tour

A lot of these features sound like they take inspiration from Disney Speedstorm. Have you heard of that game?

What should come back from Tour is the item shop. You collect coins in game and then you can spend them in the shop where you can buy costumes, karts, gliders. There is a lot more from Tour I hope get added to the next game like Tiers, leveling up, and challenges.

Oh I did not realize this was a compilation… Great video! 2 of these 3 concepts were pretty cool to see, I was particularly impressed by the Mariokart ultimate pitch because the online elements are quite cool and the fact that you avoided the pitfall of microtransactions and timed content!

8:41 I feel so validated! It takes a ridiculous amount of time every time I play. If you want a separate menu where you can create custom karts, sort of like Mii Fighters in Smash Bros., then sure, but I'd love going back to the kart-selection simplicity of, say, Mario Kart Wii.

I think instead of different nintendo franchises for the courses, it would be really cool if we could have each cup be based on a different era of Mario (the NES cup - the GameBoy cup - the SNES cup - the N64 cup - the GameCube cup - the GBA cup .etc)

also, since there are 24 players in battle mode, there can be a hunger games option, where there are no teams, everyone has a healthbar , the only pile of items is in the middle of the stage, and if you lose all your health, you are eliminated entirely. bananas would do eighth damage, green shell would do quarter damage, red would do third, fake box would do quarter, bomb would do half, bullet would do K.O, Mega mushroom, would do half, and Blue shells would target the nearest player, and K.O. them.

I really hope it’s Mario Kart 10 so all of the small minded people can be put to shame when they disregard Tour. It was shown in the booster pack promo as a mainline game yet some people won’t even acknowledge its existence lol.

The are so many game mode Mario kart it will benefit if has tho but the don't have. Stuff like nokout adventure/challenge mode like DS Mario kart time travel one other game that I will grate is drift game mode, Other stuff I love to see is one road tracks that means track's that is not labs the option to select how many laps you want race reverse Wean you select the tract to show the minimap.

We need more hazards on the tracks. Especially in higher difficulties. We also need back mission mode and boss battles

If Mario Kart 9/10 used pre-made karts and gave 3-4 skins per, it would have the perfect balance of simplicity and customizability
