45 watts is how much power MINI uses. Larger one is 100W. So a 100W inverter will work. They make 12V and 120VAC versions

I like food cooked for a long time at 130°F as in a sous vide. I don’t like meat cooked at 160°F. Can I dial in my preferred temperature?

You'll need a step-down converter, not just an adapter for it to work in Europe. The experts recommend 200Watts of larger for the step-down.
