What foods do you eat on keto diet? #keto #ketodiet #healthtipsshorts #lifestyle #food #nutrition #healthyfood #healthylifestyle #mealprep #dailyroutine
I switched to 50% protein and 50% fat and in 1 month I lost 2 Kg, which I didn't know I had to lose. I was 58Kg, now 56Kg. I am 165cm tall, and female. Also my legs shrank in girth, my face slimmed, my hips actually rotated outward, and my waist shrank it, my boobs shrank 2 sizes down, and my arms are now super skinny. I felt amazing, my memory came back, and now I am never going back to high carbs.
The keto diet has been around for about 2 million years in hominids. The standard American diet has been around for about 50 years. The Vegan diet is even newer.
@@asherasator Not sure what you are arguing. Of course we can still process some carbohydrates. But we have lost the ability to ferment fiber. Our secum now is more like a lions, than a gorilla or chimp. And what is your example of a pre-historic vegan hominid?
@@JD-rc6lq I'm not making a Vegan statement?!? And I don't know why keto/carnivore clans always address Veganism in videos and online? Why not Vegetarianism with eggs and dairy to make health comparisons? Or Pescatarians which both are much more dietarily balanced? Or those who follow Mediterranean or Asian diets? Hominids were opportunists and ate whatever they could from plants, grasses, grains, seeds, nuts, fruits, eggs etc. and yes animals, all depending on region, environment and climate. The fiber studies are quite clear regardless how modern humans use them. The carnivore/keto clans pretending humans ate nothing but meat and fat is ridiculous and absolutely not true. I would like to see a proof or study of gluconeogenesis consistently providing oligosaccharides and maintain and sustain all oligosaccharide immune system functions.
@@vaughanc4919 Keto/carni clowns 🤡make strawman arguments. None of these influencers and followers discuss or understand the full spectrum physiology of these subjects. They are below average in intelligence and academic understanding of the metrics and context. But most interesting is the idiots who watch a few youtube videos and bounce in the echo chamber then make drastic changes of which they have no comprehension of the long term consequences.
Carbs are not a preferred energy source. It is just the body’s hierarchy of what to deal with first. For example if alcohol is consumed, your body will drop whatever it is doing and deal with the alcohol first because it is deleterious to the human body. Next it will deal with carbs because carbs are deleterious to the body in excess and the body tightly regulates blood glucose. The body knows how important it is to control the small amount of blood glucose in the body otherwise it leads to being fat, sick and dead.
Have you’ve ever taken a nutrition course? Glucose is the main source of energy for most organisms. When the body is denied glucose it breaks down other energetic components such as fats and amino acids in proteins and converts them into glucose. This is literally the goal for people on the keto diet
@@notabot1039most organisms? You gotta kidding me. Look at the strongest animals around the world like lions and tigers, they eat mostly fat and protein not processed grains
carbs are not preferred by the body. When carbs are present in the digestive track and absorbed the body sees it as emergency situation that it has to deal with. Only 5g can circulate in the blood steam at any given moment, the rest has to be stored as glycogen or fat, mostly fat.
They definitely know what they are doing at all times dont be naive ladies i was that naive awww just give them a chance type of woman not anymore. I dont have time or energy to waste
Nope carbs are not preferred. Well may be you are right because when God created this first man and woman he put them in the garage and in the garden there was just fruits, after the sin he allows them to live from the ocean and land.
If you are worried about cholesterol instead of butter use olive oil and eat more fish and poultry instead of beef. Everyone should adjust their keto diet to suit their bodies.
