Nailed it with the D-type, so classy, nicer than the E-type, true racing pedigree!!!!! My choice- Aston Martin V8 Vantage,V600 edition, with the Le Mans package 📦 👌, in British racing green, chocolate leather, cherry 🍒 wood in the dashboard, its almost like I've thought about it!

Absolutely nailed it with the Delahaye. I had the opportunity a few years back to sit in a 1938 Delahaye 165 Cabriolet and instantly fell in love. Stop by the Mullin Automotive Museum in Oxnard, CA next time you're in the area, its a private collection, but each of the cars in there have a beautiful story. Cars hidden from the Nazi's during WWII, family heirlooms, and Le Mans cars from the days when you truly needed a second seat to carry your balls with you.

I love Steve McQueen's XKSS (D type modified to street spec), a.k.a. "the green rat." After he sold it his son asked him why. And STEVE MCQUEEN said he was worried something would break and the car would kill him.

Yes the S/C. What’s most crazy to me, and I don’t know who else feels this way, but when you see a replica or a continuation, you say, “badass”, but when you see the real deal, and actual competition version, it’s another level of beauty. Some might say that the continuations are exactly the same. Hey man, I don’t know what the deal is, but the real deal 427 S/C Cobra is out of this world. That curvy Ferrari race car, I guess the P3(?) is super sexy, the Miura of course, and the original GT40, the 427 version, is just ridiculously beautiful. So what if Fire was inspired or even stole some English design and made it theirs? It worked, and I’m pretty sure everyone got the credit they deserved. I mean, are the AC Ace and that Lola forgotten cars? Not hardly. Then there’s the 68-70 Charger, the 70-71 Torino convertible, the newer Panamera Sport Tourismo, and of course, my baby, the Dodge Magnum RT or SRT8. I simply love wagons, and I made a comparo of the Panamera and the Magnum, same color for comparison, and truly expected the Porsche to win my heart. I did my best to leave bias out, manufacturer put, driving characteristics out, the lot. I still chose my car, in my color, Brilliant Black Pearl. For the naysayers, it has been BY FAR the best car I have ever owned, highest quality, believe it or not, and I have had the most fun in that car. When I need to smile and it’s becoming hard to manufacture, I light em up for an excessive distance, watch the huge NHRA pro stock burnout type cloud behind me, and smile. The entirety of the 1968 Ford full-size line up is also beautiful.

They’re so rare and expensive so nobody gonna just drive it around in traffic with idiots on the road. And I don’t blame them. But you got an SRT8 Magnum?? That’s sick you don’t see them at all and was really underrated for it’s time. I loved wagons too and that’s one of my Top 5. Badass dude 🫡 😎

I've gotta agree with Ed. For me it's an SL55. I've loved 'em from the first day I saw one, an '03 up in Vancouver. I'm a convertible guy and love the hardtop concept. And this simply is the most perfect execution of a hardtop convertible out there (in a sports car). The luxury wrap around interior with the 2 hooded guages, all the bells and whistles, cooled & heated massaging seats etc etc etc. A refined luxurious muscle car. With a few tweaks from Fischer Fast... I couldn't ask for anything more!

Nah. I mean, all those are absolutely beautiful. And as a Swede, I wish to be patriotic and put the Jesko in there as an entry; I think that the earlier design language didn't really work for Königsegg, even the Regera. But the slightly pointed and Camaro-esque nose in particular on that clean, forward-charging design is just... Mmmh. Also, one can easily put the Eagle Speedster in here somewhere. ...but still, even with that, I have to give it to the Italians, and the guy who named the Ferrari Monza SP. That thing is... perfect. Absolute beauty, from the 2:1 f-b fenders with that beautiful forward balance and flowing lines, to the tastefully curved 3-line side, to the overall balance and proportion, to those _exquisite_ headlights... It's clean, it's both sharp and flowing, it's _everything._ It looks aggressive, yet somehow like it's smiling cheekily, seductively, knowingly at you. Like a shark on land with a rose in its teeth, ready to steal your money and leave you thanking it for doing so.

I spent a solid hour arguing with myself what i thought was the most beautiful car. I was thinking of a lot of cars that were exceptional but then i thought the car need to be 100% flawless. Every car i thought was the most beautiful car had some minor detail i didn't like. Then my mind went to the RX-7 FD. That is the only car i could think of that i don't have any things i wish were different. It is the perfect design in my mind.

The first one were called IDs not DS in fact the ID was used for base 1.9 models well into the early 70s. I have owned a few, I owe my life to the superb crash structure of one, but you are wrong on the aero headlight models, in the flesh the early fixed headlight versions are so much better looking. Early headlight long door Chapon convertible being the most beautiful. Name another car where you can remove every door and wing in less than 5 minutes with just wheel wrench and a 15 mm spanner and is genuinely more comfortable than any other car made since.

I have to disagree, pretty much all of the group B cars are far too mongrel-ish to be considered beautiful. it does certainly add to their coolness, however.

@@captainzoll3303 I would tend to agree about Group B cars being brutal more than beautiful, but I would exclude the 037 from that assessment, I find that car stunning personally.

If you like the 037 look up the Kimera Evo37, I think you will approve, it's the first care I am buying if I make a windfall.

Mmm, FD RX7 as well. When people think of beautiful cars I don't think their mind goes to Japan (2000 GT excluded), but I think at least those two plus the original Mazda Cosmo deserve mention.

I don't think anyone mentioned the Datsun 240Z's original inspiration, either: the Jaguar E-Type.

I know a guy who has an original '65 428 in black and it is stunning. I was hanging out at his garage and it was the one car I wouldn't touch. It also only has 300 miles on the clock (he has put 200 on in the 4 years he has owned it, he says its a wild car to drive). I don't even want to know how much it's worth, I know the 428 isnt worth as much as the 427 but his is very likely the cleanest lowest mileage example in existence.

That something was cramming more engine than sense into the engine bay...and it was glorious.

My grandpa had one, a kit with a stroker 302, for years, and sold it months before I got my license. Didn't want me killing myself in it. Somehow figured his garage built 350SBC swapped FIERO was safer 😂😂😂 and it has a chain for one of the engine mounts 😅

@@Rev.Match.Reviews So I've seen a few people squeeze that one LS from the late-model Monte Carlo SS and Impala SS into Fieros, since they're designed for transverse mounting...those things terrify me. Think "breathe in the general direction of the throttle for an instant wheelstand" and you get the right idea.

@@MishraArtificer gramps did his early 90s 😳 there were/are a handful of conversion kits for small blocks and other engines. His is an ancient "Zoomwall" kit from that Era. Thing is so much fun, but on a stock trans you can't launch it. Been through... 4 or 5 trans? I'm in Illinois, and every year theres probably 100 plus guys in their Fieros that go to "Fierorama!" Everything from prestige stockers, to 6 speed, widebody, Turbo LS7 swapped ones! It's a blast going and seeing these forgotten little cars all together again.

P1s do have a staggering presence in person, the way the body is shrink wrapped around the mechanicals is like a predatory cat all sinew and grace. I too love the P1, probably my favorite hypercar since the F1.
