Holy shit I was just going through that just before and then I see this comment. I was just thinking of the word and looking for a video that may help. This back kick might be a great idea to use on them to end these gaslighters reign once and for all lol.
Fun fact: when my dad was 15 (he's 50 now) he went to his friends farm (which he now owns because the friend died) he went to go scare on of the horses while they were eating but he got kicked so hard he got knocked out and now has 9 fake teeth all being on his right side because they got knocked out
It's like the cheapest thing you could do in a fight....but then again street fights are almost never fair so if I'm ever in a fight I'll go for soft spots and running out of there
Totally agreed And it's target area is big as well the chest and stomach so as long as it doesn't completely miss it's gonna do a ton of damage wherever it lands
“I disagree, a kick to the groin simply damages nerve endings and blood vessels making it hurt, but it has no lasting effect. A kick to the liver will hurt a lot more and is guarantied to take down the opponent. For added benefit the enemies tear glands will be triggered and cloud their vision allowing you to escape, the enemies wind will also be knocked out of them stopping them from breathing for a few seconds which will allow you to run or finish the job.” - 🤓
Not powerful, just has the right muscle and joint position when contact the head, the roundhouse top of the foot flops when it makes contact, so it’s not as strong, but thinking about the spinning hook kick it’s your heel first and it can’t flop, it’s like a flesh and bone hammer and it’s going against your other joints a super powerful hit won’t bend your legs at all but make it straight as possible, that’s why you get behind the knee injuries from the bag, because it’s going against yo ur joint
I always find Muay thai's roundhouse kick really scary. For a pro fighter, it's a completely deadly weapon. No gimmick or any flare to it, just a swing and hit. Fast and powerful and most definitely a guaranteed bone breaking damage.
Jumping Back-Kick, used as a counter. Added on my attack right as I was being charged. Turned all of the force of his forward momentum against the driving force of my foot, leg, and body. All those Newtons were concentrated into the ball of my foot and heel and slammed against his sternum. It basically folded him in half.
@@SmokinIt It did. A Taekwondo Jumping Back Kick is no joke. The mechanics of it, as I used it, was to basically turn my body into a coiled, compressed spring of potential energy. The crouch and turn to prep for the kick wind up that power inside your body. Then as you jump, you channel and release that built up power into the kick…which also has all of your weight behind it. In other words, it turns your leg and body into a ballistic missile. Wanted to point out as well that this was in a sparring match, and he was asked to wear two chest protectors to sponge off the damage before the fight ever started. When he charged me, that kick I used basically *drilled* right through the protectors and into him. I wasn’t exaggerating when I say he folded around my leg like he’d just run stomach-first first into an I-Beam. It left him unable to breathe for a good few minutes. It also put a fear in him of getting anywhere near me, in case I countered him again. So yeah. Fight was basically over after that one kick.
The most powerful kick : A mother's kick when you didn't do your homework. Edit : eh 725 likes in 2 weeks thanks a lot bros/mysterious creatures (woman) I truly appreciate it
For most people, a sidekick/roundhouse, but I knew an oddity with a fearsome kick. He was an eight maybe nine-stone black belt in Wado Ryu, only 5' 4'' with a fearsome back-kick. It was delivered with whip speed. He could disguise the movement well in sparring. Even when we did pad work, and the bigger students were braced with a thick impact bag, the shock drove into them. It wouldn't send you flying like a sliding sidekick but would DIG right into you. Everyone dreaded holding the pad for him. Never met anyone with that speed or level of impact on a back kick since.
Pretty sure that a front kick would be a roundhouse in terms of force. Widely used in Pankration and is considered to be one of the most powerful kicks in said martial art, hesitant to say in all. But even if, still pretty powerful coming from a trained fighter.
Side kick? Side kick has always been my weakest. It's biggest strength is that it gives you the most range. I can get much more power out of a round or front kick. Maybe that's just because I'm bad at side kicks, but if I can get the proper momentum I'd rather just go with a front or back kick anyway.
I understand what you mean because with a side kick its no as fast but it has much more power in it but it takes longer to deliver that power. But with a round kick its immediate power as in less power but its all at once.
@@rajputboy8892 Fun Fact: That's called a push kick and it's too flexy-req and badly balanced. The Meta Choice is the Teep Kick which requires less flexibility and lifts your feet to avoid flat footedness.
Yes the back kick is very powerful but if Ur not good at it or not mastered it do NOT use it in a fight Reason: if U do NOT do it fast BANG a kick from Ur opponent to Ur back
I agree with you... Because in the moment you turn, a member of different Kicks can come... The Back kick is also almost unblockable if you have enough speed 😊👌
Downwards axe kick is incredible if you’re flexible enough. Going from standing split, then bringing the heel crashing down like a warhammer is very effective
It's a risky kick that imo should only be used if your opponent is on the ground. And in that case, you'd probably want to go with something that won't kill them.
Counter: Condition your legs Result: Both your shins hurt equally (not a lot due to both being muay thai fighters) In all seriousness, a kick to the shins will mess up ANYONE who isn't (Muay Thai) shin conditioned
@Astrophile2345 i never claimed that i am genius, and i dont see how back kick is more powerful is common sense .-. Plus i never said is not more powerful 🙃 God bless u :)
the crescent moon kick has that one hit knockout kind of strength, you have that momentum from the spin and a rock solid heel which make for a devastating blow
@zantetsukenzero2435 it's all about not showing the load up, try sort quickly shuffling back to mask your load up, and launch it if they press, shoot to side if not and launch hook punch if in range and they do not pursue.
I was in martial arts for 8 years and the back kick is by far the strongest. When it lands on you or it lands on your opponent perfectly, it is absolutely devastating.
I agree completely. Any position in which you can kick backwards makes it incredibly strong. But my personal version is the one where you lean down on the ground to do it. There's a reason it can shatter your sternum when horses do it.
You are very right on this I totally agree, this is because it is also called the “donkey” kick and donkey kicks are very deadly because of the very strong force.
Used to watch all your videos on IG but I’m off social media for awhile , glad your uploading on here bro , keep them going , I’ll be watching on here 💯💥 OSU
Side-kick; you got the ability to twist the planted leg and launch the heel into the rib or chin. All the muscles in the thigh shoot the bone of the heel into the target. Plus, it looks dope too.
For me its a simple roundhouse kick with that back leg. Just that rotational force from the hips and the bend at the knee giving your leg mechanics similar to a whip. Devastating
I feel like a good standard sidekick with a step and a little bit of downward rotation gets a lot of that glute contraction as well, while letting you stay grounded and see your target slightly better.
Personally my strongest kick is the hook kick, or push front kick. But this is just my opinion bc I do taekwondo. During sparring I find a kick that a lot of people don’t look for. I just do a crescent kick in the head then back leg spinning hook kick. These are the best kicks for me.
I'm imagining that foot pushing the whole frontwork of my sinuses and face bones back into my brain. I'm probably dead in under 2 minutes from that. Be careful with that kick, mein bro.
It's a very much meant to hurt power kick. Training can get you to where ya might be able to tank the pain, but it doesn't stop you from taking the damage if you end up eating it.
I'm completely with you on this one. I have done taekwondo for 15 years and I have never lost more intensely than when my opponent landed four of these on me in a single round. I was so winded after just one that I couldn't breath and couldn't counter the others. In the end I lost by point difference. It is truly a powerful kick, and an effective counter. I certainly paid the price of not dodging it.
Now, if you’re not experienced with martial arts or kicking in general, the front kick. Just an up hit then down motion. And if used right can lead people dropped dead on the ground for a while to get you a little farther from them.
He’s talking about the strongest. The front kick is easy, efficient, and fast, but it isn’t very powerful. It’s also more easily blocked that other kicks, but if you use it as a push kick, it could help you push them back, and a snap front kick could give their diaphragm a seizure if you kick their solar plexus
I agree , the back kick uses the power of the glutes to push the heel back 🍗🦵 ( like horse do back kick , it is powerful 🐴 ) ( But front kick , side kick , roundhouse kick , sipnning hook kick , are also poweful 💪💪 )
The flying side kick has got to be the most powerful kick a human being can deliver. If done right. My instructor ripped 2 brand new leather sand bags with a flying side kick. I myself have tried it, and while controlling my power, I managed to kick the bag stand back about a foot or so, and it toppled over, and quite a bit of sand came out of the bag. So I would say that in general, the flying side kick is the most powerful for just about everyone. Me personally, tho, I would probably have to go with the jump side kick or the jump round kick.
Me personally mine(I do MMA)is a round kick or a reverse Side kick. round kicks are fast, easier to land, and powerful(I’ve knocked the wind out of a professional MMA fighter with it),plus you keep eyes on your target. but the reverse side kick is one of the strongest kicks if it’s a direct blow
I mean yeah the back kick is the best kick in terms of power but also deployment, without counting deployment it would be something like an 1440° flying kick or something along those lines
In my opinion, the most powerful kick is Side kick cuz you can push (force) your feet very hard, its even worse if you push all your energy for your kick and hit target in the stomach.
Can confirm, when sparring in TKD I ate a strong spinning back kick to my padded chest gear and it still knocked the wind out of me This is a difficult kick to land on an opponent-especially in full MMA rules or a street fight-but when it hits it is absolutely devastating
Low kicks can be really powerful if you use your back leg and hips and really drive it home but i agree with you although a side kick can be really effective too
