I have a special pretty glass bowl that I use just for my Banana Pudding too! I love it one of my favorites! A must have for any time! I love mine cold too! I usually make mine the night before so it's good & cold ready the next day so delicious. I know yours is delicious!!!

Hello Chef. I have a bowl just like that. It is for my pudding. I make a big pan for everyone else because they will not leave a drop. I didn't know that I don't have to use a double boiler. My family likes my pudding so much that they have bought me a couple of them.😂 Definitely a Southern must have. Blessings. 💖🙏🏾
Delicious. I like to make in a separate bowl condensed milk and cream cheese, then add to the pudding mixture. I didn't think it would be good but anything with condensed milk must be good.
Oh my gosh, this makes me want to cry. Banana pudding was my grandfather's favorite dessert. Before my grandmother got sick and passed away years ago, she used to make it for him. He said after that, he could only eat the Nilla wafers and reminisce about the banana pudding. He just passed away a few years ago at 90. Thank you Chef!

I remember when my mother would make a big ole bowl of from scratch banana pudding. That was GOOD eating!! I just take the lazy way and use whipped cream and vanilla pudding for the base. 😁
Mom use to use evaporated milk and would layer the bottom of the bowl with the wafers add the banana on each wafer then some pudding she would then take some wafers and stand them up around the edges and make another layer wafers banana and pudding she would repeat the same way wafers around the edges and a layer in the middle banana and pudding. Then on top she would crumble the wafers and sprinkle it on.
