Hello chef Jeff, I prepared the ribeye steak with Cavenders Greek seasoning, worchestire sauce and Italian dressing. I marinated them about 4 hrs. The steaks were tender and delicious. Thank you Chef Jeff.

I love eating Baked Potatoes with The Skin on too. I used to put butter on mine and wrap them in Aluminum foil like you do it too. Put mine in the oven too. Rib Eye Steaks are delicious.

Thank you Chef---especially for reminding me about the Italian dressing trick! Totally slipped my mind. That's an "Old School" marinade I did in the 70's. The 'Golden Italian' was good for chicken, but I can't find it anymore. I went out today as we may get snow here in S.E. Tennessee. I got a BIG potato and 2 beautiful Chuck Eye steaks!!!!

You almost have it right... I marinate mine with Cavendars, wishbone Italian dressing and throw a few slices of Mt. Olive jalapeño slices in the mix. I will take you up on how you do your potatoes. Actually I keep a generous supply of jalapeño slices on my plate. Makes for a slice with each slice of meat. Excellent. You must try.

Ribeye is the best. I always grill mine outside over mesquite no matter the weather. It can be o deg or 110 deg I’m doin mine outside on my stick burner.

I needed to tell you, on Friday night I tried recipe for the steaks, I didn't marinate too long but the little time I did I wad impressed, my T-bone steaks were tender and moist. I followed your directions to the tea. Cooked them on my grill pan the put them in the oven afterwards for a few minutes, OMG. Thank you so much for this recipe. God bless you always 🙏 ❤

That is beautiful result with those ribeyes! I always leave the tater skins on too, no matter how I fix them. YES, baked potato means baked... oven is the only way. I gotta try some of that greek seasoning.. W sauce and Italian dressing are already standards here😉. Thanks for the tip! I'll try it out soon.
