I recently started introducing Jerks into my training. Tired 3+3 on clean and jerk. I quickly found that was a bad idea lol.

I assume 3+3 is 3c+3j, not 3c&j?

ETA on the supertotal program? Dont make me smash the powerlifting and weightlifting programs together! I’ll do it! Make an unholy 24week long mashup. It would probably go terribly.
