Harpies are well over lvl 40 dungeon. I have never yet cleared them without multiple deaths, even losing followers in there. Those albino harpies just shred the shit out of every build I've tried. Every other vault is a cake-walk for me. The Fractured Citadel doesn't terrify me as much as the Volary of the Harpy. The Pools of the Grey Ones have nothing as terrible as that feather blast.
Yup me and my guy cleared it out. At max level and a T4 accursed berserker at lvl 15 had a tough time. That wind blast just melts. I've over 1200 armor to boot. I will say I enjoyed it tho.
@@lawsonanderson7450 I know that it's included in EVERY DEFENSE I've tried. That shield does nada fucka. Clearly you either haven't put a shield up against that feather blast, or you're playing on some really easy mode.
Easy way on getting Composite Obsidian than from smelting it the Volcanic Forges, you can kill the Greater One NPCs and place the weapons they drop in the Dismantling Bench for Bars of it!

That is a bug. You don’t need to restart game. Just make yourself an admin, then goto Admin panel and turn on and turn off Ghost mode. The vault will repopulate again, but not including the monsters you have killed.
There is a vault reset time interval to prevent players from continually farming vaults nonstop but I think it's all bugged any ways. At least, it has been bugged unless they fixed it in the last couple of updates. It's not uncommon for the vault boss to not spawn, and sometimes the main loot chest at the end is empty.
@@KFADavis1 It seems to happen when that Maelstrom, occurs in the centre, and ghost like lights go into the middle tower . I wonder if there a boss in there somewhere
@@noragequiters1607 There are "Elder" creatures that spawn only within the storm. There is one that screeches. But none of the mobs that spawn on the beach make that kind of sound. As long as you avoid the Maelstrom until you are ready for it, you are fine. Just a scary noise.
