@Hallands. a fistula is an opening/tube and not necessarily blind ended, that can be made by the body under certain circumstances.

@@chrisfryer3118 Sure. A fistula need not be artificially made for renal dialysis, it can also be a spontaneous response to incapsulated inflammations made by the body itself. But in the current context we’re talking about a tool for home dialysis.

To the plane pic specifically it is a C5A Galaxy! The first of the Galaxy line! They flew over My house from Biggs Army Airfield throughout the cold war just above 2000ft! We could wave to the pilots and literally count the rivits on the fuselage!
