Good illustration! Many debit cards issued by our bankers are not accessible overseas, this is a major drawback for frequent overseas travellers. Few years we were given debit cards for inland and overseas usage now that these have been withdrawn for reasons known to them. Besides, we find nil payments to the beneficiary ( swiping in POS) but amount already debited from our account. Repayment or reversal credit takes about 40 days in respect of VISA/Master card. Hope this may be averted in Rupay card!

Payment integration with Register systems is next stage you can discuss. Usually, when you go for a shopping, the bill input ,the operator key in manually.Lot of mistake can be done.But If it is integrated payment system in Cash register systems, After Subtotal, the amount of sale pop up,You can just swipe the card, the receipt will issue from the register along with authorization number as well as signature filed for credit transaction.We. Done in North American market.Here no need any key in figure.Example 1000.00 RS input, If you omit one zero, only 100.00 will go to Bank.Same way excess of fund can be done.10.00, 100.00, instaed of 10.00 u add 100.00!!!
