Sir, for e-commerce industry how LPMH is accounted, would love to hear from you. Also want to hear more on Turblig Study and metric for resource utilization ( say for e-commerce)

To measure productivity or resource utilisation from Manpower standpoint, definitely LPMH can be used. The details of how to calculate LPMH and some examples and explanation will be followed in videos to be uploaded in supply chain way. Not just LPMH all that in optimisation techniques I have discussed in this video, I’ll be making individual videos explaining in detail each of these techniques in the coming days.

Hi Santosh. In receipts as well as shipping each product on the order is considered a line. Total lines handled in a day or week or month is estimated. Then calculate available person hours like for example if you have 10 people and 8 hours work time a day. Then person hours available is 80 hours a day. Now it is a division of total lines by person hours. I trust that clarifies. Br, Alvis
