For Anyone and whatever57010 3:31 3:36 I honestly never understood why 🤔 in GTA 4 this random Internet connection sound was generated lIke interference from a speaker And you could also hear a car horn sounding endlessly at certain points on the map The only way to make it stop was to load a Save file or restart the game
