Great video Dawn and Matt! I agree - the map and info was really well done, and I love that you share both the Chinese characters and pinyin to help us understand some of the concepts. I'm guessing you need to be able to speak Mandarin (or have a translator) to visit the Wuyi research base? I look forward to the Da Hong Pao and other videos you guys share.

Thanks Amanda, glad you enjoyed the video - working hard to get more ready! Being able to speak Mandarin or having a translator would certainly help when visiting the Wuyi Rock Tea Reseach Base - luckily, Dawn is able to fulfil that role perfectly :)

Best is a strong word, but a Rou Gui or Shui Xian are often good places to start if you're just starting out with Rock teas. A Qi Lan is also good if you want something a little lighter
