Team teaching are unrealistic in south africa set against the current teacher shortages. It nearly impossible to promote such an idea when schools are starve of getting enough to keep a school running properly. The idea of team teaching is promoted with no regards to the situation existing at the moment in our country. I feel if the teacher shortages must first be address.
