The property of the four seasons on the Big Island is lease lands. Meaning, those who own properties their, only really own the home and not the land. Those lands are owned by the largest private land owners in Hawaii which is the Kamehameha schools Bishop Estates. They also own all the lands in Waikiki. So all those waikiki properties are actually leased to businesses etc. The Kamehameha Schools own most of the south shore of Oahu. And many many lands on the neighbor islands as well.

I like the video but the title is what it's like to be a billionaire in Hawaii I thought you was gonna show the different types of services you can get like nice hotel suites private places top restaurants for the rich etc this should be Called what billionaires got in Hawaii
