Thank you! This really spoke to me ❣️ I LOVE the idea of beach living, but never thought I could make it happen. Always made excuses that it’s out of my price range, etc. Well, this year I decided that when my lease is up in December I’m moving to the beach, and renting for just one more year, then I will buy a beach home!!! 🏖 🏡 It’s going to happen!!🙏🙌

I'm still early on in my career, but beachfront living is definitely the goal I want to reach in life. What's a good salary goal to hit for this, in your opinion? I'm hoping to reach ~$120,000 within five years time. If I really work my ass off and stay on the management track, I'll be able to reach +$200,000, but I'm not sure if I'd want to take on that level of work/stress. I'm only getting $60,000 right now, but my resume is turning out really well for when I go for more high profile jobs.

First, I LOVE visiting Myrtle Beach and dream of owning a place there someday. Sooner would be nice, but need more job/industry in the area. Also heard the crime rate is a little high in the Myrtle Beach area. Is this accurate?
