Try running everything like that with a 10 Years old Dual Core CPU...even a modern i7 sometimes struggles to multi task, especially streaming at the same time and logically if you have a great CPU I highly doubt you only had like 4GB or even 8GB of RAM...who's the ignorant person who spent so much on CPU while cutting out so much on the RAM side...

there's term "bottle neck", if you have good CPU, good RAM, overall good system and HDD, then HDD will pull that system back, being its weak place (it does not allow to load permanently saved on it data into RAM fast enough, until all needed data is loaded into RAM such system will work slowly and in each moments RAM needs data contained in HDD, or puts back not needed data to HDD). Other options also possible: bad RAM, good CPU, SSD, and overall good system -> then it is the RAM bottlenecking the system.

ツPhoenix ram is just for multitasking and handling background tasks. i use windows 10 with 2 gb ram, intel celeron, and old ATA hdd. it worked fine until i opened chrome that had some add-ons and background processes. then i switched to lightweight broswer like vivaldi and midori. now, it's usable for daily use, even running kodi
