If anybody is deserving of the Video Vanguard Award, I’d say Lady Gaga. Her music videos have always been more iconic than Katy Perry’s & during Gaga’s earlier years in her career, she would sometimes create little movie films as well just like Michael used to, such as Paparazzi & Telephone. No hate to Katy but giving it to her over Gaga is definitely a crime.
Cancer screening recommendations as of today (this is subject to change in the future): breast cancer - yearly or every other year beginning at age 40, yearly beginning from 50-age 75, after 75 depends on your life expectancy; colon cancer screening- age 45; prostate cancer screening- 45 via blood test, can consider stopping at 75, sometimes earlier; cervical cancer screening - begins at age 21, follow up from 3-5 yrs based on age/findings. Ends at 65 yrs. These times may need to be earlier pending your family history. But anytime you feel something isn’t right, go see your doctor. Overall good to see your physician, establish with one you feel you can trust. The earlier the better
Breast cancer screening should be tested earlier than 40. My friend died from breast cancer in 2010 at the age of 25. Had they changed the screening age she would’ve still been here. She found out when it was too late.
@@cocoliwise I’m giving you the official recommendations…remember, mammograms are in fact radiation- breast cancer in 25 yr olds is still rare enough that to screen every woman earlier it would do more harm than good and put them at unnecessary radiation exposure and biopsies. Rip to your friend and prayers to her family 💜. And remember you can always do self breast exams monthly- a week after your period starts, get a breast exam with your physicals and know your family history if possible.
Mandatory mammogram annual starts at age 40 with most health care insurance. If you have family history, most health care providers recommend coming earlier. I had a lump one time at 29. I didn’t have history of breast cancer but once I changed insurance they always made me come in every 6 months until it was clear.
I loved Steve Harvey's response. He said no one can get him to do anything for 10k. His rate is much much higher. He told Umar that maybe he should've taken the 10k, but as for himself, thats too low 😂😂
With regards to blood clots…make sure to try and find out family history about this. I always wear compression stockings on flights especially long flights. Also long car rides. Get up periodically to walk. Even if you work a job where you sit all day, get up periodically to walk. You can also consider wearing compression socks if you sit a lot for work…

More of my positives from the DNC, they had a lot of independent creators there, which of course made the msm 🧂🧂🧂 I was really glad to see a lot of creators I watch and support get that kind of access. The roll call was something new and exciting too. I loved how they played a song by an artist from that state, and her/our state California being the last one to take her over, turned up 🙌🏾 I just thought about Rox and if she turned up on that part of she watched 😄😄
I don't like any of them. But if I have to vote for one it's definitely not that orange devil. I need to get more involved and I need to send out emails to the people that are in my district. I hate that they keep emailing me or texting me calling with these voice messages about voting for them yet when they get in the office they don't do their job. We need to put it into law that if you're on this job and you not doing what you're supposed to do for the community you should be fired after 6 months.

I loved the single “This Is Me.” I listened to the album maybe 2 or 3 times. It was okay, but not memorable. I’m sure I’ll listen to it again at some point. I LOVED the video movie though. The choreography and visuals were on point.
