I don’t think I’d be a nanny for any amount of money. It’s hard work being responsible for children. But then again, someone has to do it. May as well get paid for it.
I love how they only allow their nannies to work 8hour shifts. Like this is your JOB. Many people do not consider timing when they have live-in nannies.
@@winniechinedum not really (I’m a nanny). You have to be flexible as they tend to be late, because of work/traffic. You can’t be off until they get home. It can get up to 9 or 10 hours during a day, families need a non standard help and it’s not always 5 days a week 8 hours a day
That would improve my life 1000%. Learn a new language or two or four, astounding incentive to get and stay in shape, travel, and on top of all of that, get to see Jay and Bey in person. That would hands down be the best job I'd have ever had. OMG I forgot there was a friggin salary as well. Sheesh.
@@humblemomo5444 it’s hard being a mommy period. Money or not. It’ll obviously be easier when you have money to keep a roof over their heads, clothe, feed and pay for college but the mental and emotional aspects of being a parent is hard. No amount of money can change that. Especially with the guilt and anxiety that comes with being a mom.
For this couple to have nannies, working 24/7, I think paying them one hundred thousand a year is a small price to pay for them, for taking care of their children, and many other things. They should be getting paid more !!!! the rules are outrageous, I know someone that works for wealthy couples, the do so much for so little.
I think a hundred thousand dollars is very good. Because the video said that it's one Nanny per child and per shift. And they don't have to pay for travel and food. Also the nanny does not have to prepare the meals for the children. Beyoncé make sure everyone had their own task so no one is overworked. I think that's pretty fair.❤👍
That's half my teaching salary with two degrees and 30 years experience. I would have to replicate myself to get that type of salary. It is wonderful that she pays her staff well 😃😊
Yeah, I was thinking this also. Not being disrespectful or anything, but the level of responsibility that this job requires does sound like it would be difficult almost impossible to have a life of your own outside of The Carters. But great job on Bey and Jay for requiring their children
Honestly … working for the rich and famous Carters sounds exhausting 😏 I wouldn’t be able to do it even if they pay a lot! I love my freedom and won’t sell it for 100k and some world wide road trips.
$900,000.00 a year for the nannies alone. But she's going Kobe Bean Bryant Mamba mentality on her music 🎵🎶 and 🩰 dance choreography. If you want to be the best in what you do, you have to put the time in perfecting one's craft. Kobe Bryant used to wake up early like 4 a.m or 5 a.m. every day methodically and work out multiple times a day to approach being the greatest of all time. LeBron James does similar things but they were / are married to people who are fully engaged in being a stay at home parent, Beyonce Knowles is married to Jay-Z Carter whose own career has similar demands of his time to be at the level of excellence in arts and business. So it's understandable that all of that is required to raise their children. Now that I think about it that's twice as much as what Jennifer Lopez was hiring for her twins with Mark Anthony. If your needs and means line up why not do it ☺️?
@@jenniferkim9717 Riiiiight! They are each getting a 6 figure salary and they are sharing the duties. The twins basically have 4 nannies so those duties are split and they are all hanging out together while getting the daily task list handled! She is paying them generously and they can actually retire and be comfortable for the rest of their lives if they are managing their money properly. I’m not a major fan, but I applaud her on this one!
@@vonda1574 each baby has 3 Nannies which = 6, but blue has 2. Only 2 Nannies are on any given shift at a time(1 for each baby). And blue doesn’t need a full time nannie at night anymore, which explains why she only has 2. And you’re right these women are very well paid.
They are not all there at the same time they work in 8hr shifts. If you don’t want for anyone to be overworked you will have to give them typical work ours. So that would required 1 nanny every 8hrs which = 3 per child to cover a 24hr period.
I didn’t hear anything crazy and they’re still very involved with their kids…honestly if I had their money and could do the most for the betterment of my kid I would too
This maybe a weird comment but I don't even know what to say. I do remember reading somewhere that Beyonce doesn't want her Kids hanging out with Kim's Kids.... it sounds like they all live very different lives anyway
I’ve been a nanny since 2003, That’s not a lot of money coming from a celebrity. It’s a lot of responsibility to take care of children, to be your best at this job! Taking care of there every need and making sure the children r safe is a lot of work!
It’s so funny reading people’s comments as someone who works as a high profile nanny in Hollywood and actually knows the ins and outs of this industry lol
I would never be a nanny for anyones kids i had triplets my mom was the nanny i love that my mom was on the earth my mom took care of all of my kids all 4 of them i had a older child
You & your children were very blessed. My mom lives 5 blocks away from me and won't even keep an eye on any of my children just for me to take a shower nbs:(
@@joannacruz9818 i am sorry to hear that. I always said my mom would be my nanny if i traveled she came my kids are adults. But it is the grandparents fault if they dont want to know them as kids and i was lucky my step dad and dad and sister and brother-in-law all stood bye me. I was a single mom i am thankful for all of them it takes a village but we all did itbthey all have masters and live on there own no babies i never want to see grandchildren i just want mine to live life everyday to the fullest they can
Heck yea when can I start I'm a real good good person would love to be at yall side just tell me what to do in order to become a part of the carter's family I know it gonna be fun fun fun😊❤❤
Nothing about all mighty God. Are they learning anything about God almighty. What is it for a man to gain the whole world and loose their soul. You the people pay for their extravagant life style.
Where to even start? Yes, it's nice you pay 6-figures (as you should BUT): 1 At daycare there is like 3 staff for like 20 kids... Why do they think 1 nanny per shift can't handle 3 small kids?? Only Elon Musk , Nick Cannon and the Octomom need that much assistance! 2 I'm happy the nannies have set hours and that they don't work 10-12 hours but 3 shifts of 8 hours is 24 HOURS A DAY OF ABSENT PARENTING! Why even have kids at all if you plan for someone else to be their mother???? SERIOUS QUESTION 3 Blue likes 'fashion' clothes. Rather than having nannies reinforce her rich privelege of shopaholic (what small child is buying her own wardrome??) you could have gotten her a sewing instructor. Instead of having her spend 5 figures on art , get her painting lessons! Oppurtunity wasted 4 Having a bilingual *requirement* for an employee when you and your spouse only speak English?? GTFOH.... This is some rich entitlement bs. She might as well required a master's degree and a commerical driver's license. Also, why Swahili? Spanish is much easier to learn and extremely practical (official language of 20 countries)! 5 NANNIES ARE NOT SERVANTS. Not servants, personal shoppers, maids, drivers, chefs, Uber eats delivery..... Their SOLE job should involve childcare! In families, relative share burdens to help raise kids but they are EMPLOYEES and must have clear defined duties, hours, meal time allowances, sick leave, etc. 6 KIDS DON'T NEED PERSONAL ASSISTANTS, that is what their parents are to them! 7 ALL kids are picky eaters. How tf did you not get the memo? In what world does that mean you require a personal chef?? It's not a deadly food allergy... Sheesh. Cook for your kids. You can just ask them what they want or rather, make them eat it anyways if it's good for them cuz that's what all the other parents do! 8 Growing up with a mom that works out several times a day with a very restrictive diet (vegan) and no rest days..... I wouldnt be surprised if one of them has disordered eating. YOU CAN SING, no one said you need to run yourself ragged to put on a concert. Adele got stardom as a singer as a very plus sized person and you are in good shape. YOUR VOICE IS ENOUGH. Please model bettter lifestyle habits. Children are impressionable, esp girls when it comes to body image. 9 If she were anyone else you guys (viewers, fans, etc) would be digusted
👏 👏 . My grandparents had dozen and did it without a nanny. They were busy and had successful productive kids who grew up to be good parents and hard workers.
Grandma was probably a stay at home mom who didn't travel constantly or spend alot of time in the studio, and other things so of course they didn't need a nanny
@@SeeYaLove-lh3db Strange how my comments drawing assumptions about my grandparents. Simply made comment like all who made a comment and it was not a put down of the Carters. Nor am I going to outline my grandparents day to day life - simply made a comment. I’m sure I’m not only one where huge families thrived without outside help regardless of their careers.
