I'm in the same spot minus the leg break. No secret to losing weight unless it's will power. March 24th I had enough, at 313lbs i thew out all the snacks, salt shaker, sugar, and sodas even the diet kind. All I drink now is water and for the first two weeks it was hell. I eat one meal a day which is lunch and I make sure I get full because it has to carry me through to the next day. Sugar and salt is the killer so if the meal is not prepared with it then I don't add more. So far I have lost 18 pounds and I feel 50% better. I won't kid you I love to eat and mentally I'm suffering but it's either this or not making it to 50. I wish you well and good health.

Well, it certainly sounds scarier than you seem to let on man. As someone can see 40 approaching with a quickness, health issues are things that kind of scare me a bit. So far, I think I have kind of lucked out. Thanks for sharing:) I do really enjoy watching your vids. You seem like a genuinely good guy. I appreciate it. Thanks for all you do, and take care of that extra special computer you have there;)

Wow, that is amazing. Is it super invasive to replace the ICD? Maybe 10 years isn't long enough.. If only our cell phones and laptops could last that long, though. That'd be the bee's knees.
