Great video Mr. Greenleaf! Thank you for the experienced breakdown and tour of Edmonds, I was able to gauge what life may actually be like living in this part of Washington. Out of curiosity, would you happen to know any reasons as to why teachers who work in Edmonds are paid more than in any other area in Washington? Can you tell me if the median age of the citizens in the area has changed noticeably over the last 5 years since the tech boom?

as someone who has lived in edmonds their entire life this video makes edmonds look so much cooler than it actually is

Hey while your there , go on over to Kingston and do a video like this.. You can actually let the people who have lived there for generations give you and your peeps some thoughts
