Thts the most comprehensive video on Surrey I have seen till date. I will be coming to Canada as a PR soon and Surrey is my fav destination. But I have been worried abt some people talk abt crimes, drugs, High rents and difficulties in getting jobs. How are banking jobs as I am lifelong banker. I will try to come with IFIC completed so I may have better opportunities
I'm glad you enjoyed the video! There are certain areas to avoid for sure. Watch my video on the 5 WORST Neighbourhoods to Live to Surrey here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ivMuX5z9z8c.html
You shouldn't have any issue finding a banking job. It just depends on what your specialization is in. Vancouver will have more banking job opportunities as well and is about 45 minutes away or potentially closer depending on what part of Surrey you are in
He appears to potentially be from London. There is a Surrey in England as well which many people accidentally come across my videos and are looking for that city. I wonder if that's the case but I guess we'll never know!@@Drforeverok

Hi!!! I saw a couple of videos that you made, talking about the 5 worst and best neighborhoods to live in Surrey, and i thought that living nearby kings george station would be good, im looking for apartments in that region, but after i saw your video i just stept back, so the question is: is surrey a good place to live compared to vancouver and burnaby? Is the difference in cost of living enough to make this call of living in surrey instead?
It depends. My videos on the Worst 5 Neighbourhoods in Surrey were primarily based on crime rate stats but also included homelessness and a slight personal preference. The area near KG Station is great for transit, shopping, walkability and other things, but it's still not personally my favourite part of town. If you don't have a car then it makes a lot of sense to live there. I would just want to stay south of 104 ave. There are plenty of great parts of Surrey where I definitely think the cost of living and other factors make it a better place to live but it also comes down to personal preference, where you work, etc.
Hello 👋 Thanks for your efforts and guidances And help us to choose soberly. Can you make a video about how we can agent and its levels and how we can download school's books. Thanks.
