Pedro Bergollo yes, no problems at all. The front wheels would click when I turned it fully at low speeds but just a little annoying. Other than that zero issues. Bulletproof even after I beat on it.

I was behind one the other day. Fully blacked out, black rims, black grill, and vape smoke coming out if the window. Guy drove like a total noob, right up the chuff of every car i from of him. He clearly went to BMW driving school! (btw, I am a BMW owner and fan, but I also love making fun of those stereotypical BMW drivers haha)
Format of interviewing the owner in their own car is good. It does not make Eddie need to draw conclusions about the car in the first 60 seconds, just to have something to say.
I had driven this a few months ago and I was very pleasantly surprised. It has since become my dream car, but since it's over $160k where I live, I'd say I'll have to give the E70 X5M a go first - they start at around $30k which is much more reasonable
Michal Sobanski I own a E70....i would never buy the newer x5m bc i cant imagine it being worth it for the cost. I'm happy witb my $30k BMW X5M that beats nearly everything i see daily
I drive this car daily and its loud as hell provided you have engine response on Sport or Sport+. Gear shifts at wide open throttle are louder than an RS7 would ever be.
How can you say the sound is tame? I have the factory sport exhaust option and you have to put the car in SportPlus and then M-Dynamic mode to activate it. The vehicle is loud as hell when you do that.
no its not. this engine no matter its in the m5/6 or x5/6m is stock extremly quit (in case its an v8 in a ///M)! When you change the cats you get some serious sounds :)
They're redoing the entire x5's interior more or less as for the steering wheel etc along with comforts seats that will resemble the 5 series line. They'll also add the modes along with better sound isolation that the 5 series have. Have you reviewed the 5 series yet? New edition? The x7 will be the contender for the regular range rover as the x5 is the contender for the range rover sport.
I’m a huge bmw guy but the exterior of these new x5 M’s are very conservative and look now different then a model $50K less. I don’t know if BMW does that on purpose but if I’m spending $115K I don’t want it to look very similar to like a $55K-$60K model with sports package.
A friend of mine has a last-gen X5M. When I drove it, I was impressed with the torque when you floor it. Thing pulls like a damn locomotive, pushing you back in the seat all the way into triple digits. It's unreal, considering it weighs close to 5,300 lbs.! That being said, BMWs are mechanical nightmares; some of the mechanical/electrical system designs and dependencies will make you scratch your head. He's had 4 and they're all high maintenance with components regularly breaking or being recalled, but he loves the driving experience when they're running right.
Pradigy Musicman No car breaks down more the a BMW, maybe a Range Rover but it quite close in repair frequencies and cost a a lot each time it does too! Part and labor are easily double that of a Lexus repair of the same part!
HW2800 i have a BMW. I cant agree with u. Even my Honda had problems. I keep a warranty for major repair but I cant compare anythinf Lexus makes to my X5m
My dad has the same exact one but it is navy blue on the outside. He also has the bang and Olusfen sound system I didn’t see if urs did but I’m pretty sure it did.
Andy Zhang dont get either, get the x6m , i have it, if u dont like the looks, trust me drive it then go drive the x5m , it’s completely different the x6m is a fucking tank its way more aerodynamic it has an insane center of gravity and everything its my favourite car ive ever owned
Eddie, tell your boy to get dinan. Will bring it up to 610 hp about or more and the problem with the exhaust sound will be solved. My friend has one and the exhaust is NASTY.
Eddie I think this interview could have been better. I think you should prep your questions and have a few open probe and closed probe questions. Also the sound quality for the driver was not as great as yours. Otherwise I would give this a 5/10.
Good video, but ugh, sorry bang & oflson for $3700 is NOT a good deal. You can get a decent home audiophile grade setup for that money. There is no chance in hell the sound system is worth an additional 4k over stock.
Cool video. Great talk about the other available options. Was going to get a 2013 x5m and ended up with a 993 c4s instead..lol...reason was it wasn't special to me, but it is extremely fast.
Don't get me wrong this BMW is a Beautiful car and awesome engineering put in to it, but I'd probably go with the Jeep trackhawk with the 700hp. I know some people will spend the extra dough on the nameplate but I don't care 700hp is badass in a Jeep. Still whatever makes you happy then go for it haha.
Well you messed up on getting a 2017 BMW you should have looked at gay in the eye Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 trackhawk it's got the same chassis as a Mercedes you got your speed your comfort in your sound from the exhaust
okay we get it, it does a 0-60 quickly, but since youre probably poor as fuck and will never experience the difference between the x5m and p100d, you cant say shit.
