They’re never gonna hold their value. Turbo charged generally cars never do. This m5 is nice but after he clocks @100k miles it’s going to start falling apart mechanically and electronically. BMW fabricate cars that will last so long like they use to back in the day
Don't look to hold onto it, given it's depreciation overtime! and given you've gone public that the car had undergone a surgery due to the accident! Porsche 911 (992) turbo s, they tend to hold value much greater.

Who did you have the stage one done by mate? And what sort of price if you dont mind me asking. Hopefully i should be getting mine dms stage one later this week and they’ve said it should be pushing around 770bhp and i was quoted £1500inc vat
@@billkhan6333 hi there about 1400 evolve. I have put on 3 different dynos to check power nearly 970nm. Lowest bhp 719 highest 738. Good map and smooth. This is about right for stage one on these. Used dms on my m4 didn’t like map they over inflate dyno figures. You only get 770 bhp stage two with downpipes if lucky. If u use them go to independent dyno after. They have happy dyno. My m4 read 547bhp stage one there used three other dynos they all read 505 bhp lol. Same with my mates amg 40 bhp over on theirs. Hence didn’t use for my m5. Had back box and res tweaked too by pcw the sound is lovely not too crazy just deep.

@@billkhan6333 No issues at all unless fully on it , feels no different, less lag, well there isnt much lag stock even. When my late 2019 was mapped the pops and bangs increased a little more, it sounds lovely along with exhaust tweak. im popping back to Evolve this month to put on their new dyno they had installed, so interesting to see how it runs on that.
I do agree they might increase in value but their are so many combustion engine versions that predicting a specific one to have its value after years is difficult. But old school beamers like e46 are iconic and hold their price. Its a risk though.
You can modify the car as long as the finance company doesn’t find out. And then at the end of the term, you can buy the car from the finance company which is generally a few thousand pounds less than the residual value. You can then keep the car or sell it off and pay the rest of the amount. Inshalllah you’ll pocket a couple of thousand pounds for your next deposit, and then you’ll be able to enjoy your car fully now and modify it in any way you want
Cosmetics changes a minor because I can always keep the original parts and swap back. It’s when you tamper with the ecu which is where the major power upgrades come from are what causes the headache with warranty and finance clauses.

you should've got a loan of the car price and the interest would've been lower and you'll be allowed to modify the car as you basically bought it with cash from the loan

I doubt they’ll go up in value because it’s not naturally aspirated and the way it’s going you wouldn’t be able to drive it anywhere with low emissions zones and the congestion charge spreading outside of central London
I was under the impression that any type of interest is haram, fixed or not - even if it’s 0.01%.. could be wrong though.. where did u get this info from, any links? Whether the bank lend u the money or bmw they both still charge an interest rate above 0%.. this equates to interest, regardless if it’s fixed or not.. if that was the case then surely fixed rate bank loans would be permissible ( which they aren’t ) And Allah knows best

Yes but will have been raced the crap out of lol and also used cars have a much higher APR then brand new so the difference between what you’ll be paying monthly won’t be significant.

Honestly feels just like new, there was no structural damage otherwise would have gotten written off. I had BMW jack the car up and put it on a 12 point chassis alignment rig. Car was literally perfect. Also my spec is quite rare to find as I have the laser lights on a preface lift which you don’t really see that often.
