Dropping a leader with into a governorship and then removing them before ending the turn should not apply the massive moral change permanently, that can ruin a game. Also I'm going to assume its a bug that you can pop a population onto a ship and then drop it back onto the planet to get a moral change.

@@JustMe007It is coming out of Early Access on October 19. I would recommend buying it before October 19 since the price will increase due to it being fully released.

Do I need GalCiv IV? I've known the series since part II. I liked part III, I bought all [!] DLC, even the nonsense Heros of Star Control: Origins and the Mech Parts Kid, to support the development. But I can't see any reason to spend money on part IV now... 😶

If you are purchasing on steam, it comes as the Supernova edition including the base game and Supernova expansion!
