Nashville used to have a park and a good one too. Opryland looked like a lovely park. Honestly one of the parks I wish I got to see before it closed. I’d love to see something like that return.

Hello Chris. I truly hope that Nashville gets a park within the next several years. I currently live about midway between Memphis (pop.660,000) and Nashville (pop.700,000?). I seem to be four hours from any park. Beech Bend and Alabama Adventure are 3.5 hrs away. Holiday World, SFSL, and Kentucky Kingdom are all about 4.5 hours, and Dollywood is 5+ hours. I am truly in a theme park void. Given the population of west and middle TN, we are lacking in local theme park options. Curiously, Opryland closed forever in 1996 after just over 20 years of operation. Nashville has truly blossomed since Opryland's demise. Dollywood is outstanding, but Tennessee's population has grown to more than 7 million. We could certainly use an additional park. Thanks again for all the great content. I have viewed every Airtime Thrills video you have posted. Keep up the great work. Tom.

One thing to add on SFA. As far as I know, the water park is insanely popular, but the dry park just doesn't bring people in as much. I could definitely see them closing down the dry park and scaling up and focusing on the water park instead.

We're screwed in Nashville. Depending on where you live, Holiday World is the closest followed by KK, SFOG and then Dollywood, all ranging from 2.5 to 3.5 hrs. Kings Island is a little over 4.5 and Carowinds and SF St Louis are roughly a 6 hr drive. All of this not counting small parks like Beech Bend, Lake Winnie and Alabama Adventure. I can't imagine anyone building a real park here with that kind of competition.

Even better than a "regional option" would be the ability to choose a season pass for ANY 3 (or perhaps 4) parks of the parks from the newly merged 6 flags chain so that international or non regional visitors can still visit multiple parks with a discount, but don't have time to visit more than three or 4 in one year, which is more than most people visit in a decade. I never managed to visit more than 3 Cedar Fair/Six Flags parks in one year, and not everybody wants. (let alone can afford) to rent a car and do a multi week road trip that still costs most of the $ for hotels. I get that an All Park Pass sould work for someone with a car that lives in Ohio or anywhere South East of Ohio, who also drives a car and has many friends that live close to those parks, or has a daddy that'll pay for one's entire RU-vid Coaster vlog carrier (not that that's you, Chris, but there are many who's life has been made for them by their parents and act more spoiled than anyone I've ever heard of). We all know it's easy for someone in that rare position to be able to not only afford an all park pass: but to be able to use it in all parks too. But realistically: that isn't most of us. So there ought to be a "pick your top three new Six Flags merger parks" (or something like that) option. What do you think, Chris?

I think an RMC conversion on at least one of the woodies at Canada’s Wonderland would do wonders for them; the park itself is at 100% capacity now, and I’m unsure what the fates of the two worst coasters (Time Warp and Flight Deck) will be for the next five years. A little TLC for their in-house wooden coasters would be very nice and still give the park something new for guests!! My bet is that Wilde Beast would get a conversion first, Minebuster would be awesome but it goes right through the waterpark and it might be a risk the park won’t want to take. Wilde Beast is simple, maybe taking out the go karts and expanding its layout would work well if it is converted by RMC.

Two points about TT2 & Intamin: -I read Intamin didn’t want anything to do with the project. -I also read that Intamin made CF sign them free & clear of any and all liability going forward with TT2. I don’t think CF would be able to get Intamin involved even if CF wanted to.

I don't want to see these beautiful unique coasters go, but they will eventually.
