Great video. Club should sign both especially with Casimiro, Erikson & VDB leaving. We need quality depth in central midfield. Both should be the starting pivot behind Bruno while Mainoo should be allowed to develop gradually and not overplayed or over relied upon like last season.

If he’s available at a say 30% discount from what PSG paid it seems like really good business. Complication is that PSG are the heaviest linked to Neves. If we do the deal early then we are passing on Neves. If they secure Neves first they are more likely to sell at a discount

Ugarte and Onana (if Branthaite falls through) would be the best fit and realistic options for us in my opinion. We have enough progression with Bruno, Mainoo, Lisandro, Shaw and Dalot (if all fit). A profile that sits in midfield on his own and wins a lot of the balls, or at least more than our CDMs this season managed to win, is ideal for ETH.

To me it looks like he's an obvious replacement for Amrabat rather than Case. Can see us keeping Case for another year..

I know this is off topic, but just wanted to ask about Todibo. Could United still get a deal done if (big if) if the player is happy to not be registered for the Europa league? Also how likely would ineos be able to get a successful appeal if they went through the CAS ?- in regards to the UEFA ruling.

I imagine Utd would double Todibo wages so definitely the deal can still happen. But Branthwaite looks the clear first choice CB at the moment.

@kf5571-o3j It could be argued that the transfer makes it less likely that Nice (a team that performed better in the league than us...)can win the same competition, thereby giving us an unfair advantage over them. But,as it is just a question of integrity (the prize money stays the same regardless of who wins it..) and not money, I can't see UEFA objecting, on that basis. If it was that straight forward though, there would be no need for specialist (expensive) lawyers...

@@edbarrett7692 but the view has been that Todibo will be moved on this summer with multiple other clubs linked. If true Nice would lose the player regardless. Just Utd wouldn’t be strengthened

Sell mctominay and casemiro then you buy both ugarte and fofana, ugarte better as CDM and fofana Will play as box to box. Player like mctominay should no longer play for United, he isnt good enough
