Hi, the GBH 2-24 is the product made for the UK and Europe whereas the GBH 240 is the same product but for the Romanian Market with a different voltage. The performance between both models should be the same.

Transporting these lasers in a vehicle eventually causes them to fail even ehen its locked.. Had a hilti fail decided it wouldn't turn on again never been dropped and was stored in a Padded hilti case. Long term back of the van driving vibrations basically broke it eventually. Opend up lasers ther wired with a single copper uninsulated tiny copper thread. Nowonder it snaps eventually. Basically every moment of the pendulum weekends it.
So I have got top of the line gll 3-80 cg model. What a disappointment in outdoors environment. Even during a complete cloudy day, the laser can't be seen from more than 1-2m distance. Simply put - it is a big letdown in an outdoor environment, unless in late day / evening conditions.
Nice video, but the main problem is: made in China!!!! I'have already had the opportunity to compare two Diesel marine engines, of the same type, model ... (a germany company design): one of them made in China. And, another one, in Germany. The quality of engine made in Germany is much better than China. Impossible to compare!!! Unfortunately, the material and manpower from China are very poor!!! And, just to inform, we had a quality manager inside the chinese company, but .....
