So next time I'm walking the dog down there I'll look out for a large tadpole with a beard and say "Wotcha Shaun"! Hope you did't get the bends trying to dislodge that anchor. 😆
Loved this wow that water is so clear. Really enjoyed the soundtrack you’ve put to it. So scary submerging so deep to try to free the anchor I felt panicked just watching stay safe.
@@LoveSundays It was Great thanks, didnt film anything as im still trying to sort out this go pro, cant lie though, the water temperature there is colder than the ocean😂
Wow that was brave! Hopefully SMM will be open to the public soon as it’s always a favourite place to visit. Are you ready for the invasion next weekend? 😂
Either brave or stupid 😂. Can’t wait for the Easter holidays 😬 as long as I can still get to work and not stuck in loads of traffic I don’t mind a busier Cornwall
Brilliant video as always mate please dont go passing out eh?...lol love the sea urchin i remember having one as an ornament in my parents bathroom "was a 70's thing" look much better in the sea for sure.
Great blog with some added drama , made me feel short of breath! So interesting to the Mount from that viewpoint. I’ve never managed to get a decent shot there. Definitely has to be a sunrise mission.
Saw no fish , was there any ? although the water was very clear and apart from seaweed , earchins , starfish it did seem void of activity. Could the outgoing tide have anything to do with that ?
With all the boat traffic the fish tend to stay deep within the kelp. As the summer months kick off and the waters get more active they’ll get more used to the boat life and hopefully not shy away so much
Awesome video dude, lots of boats around there in summer it gets unsafe even with floats, especially when the sea chavs (jetskis) turn up 😳 Diving to 9m to recover an anchor is no joke mate! Fair play for getting down that far without freediving training 👏 be careful pushing depths like that tho it can be dangerous, and be very careful of your ears. Its hellish trying to swim back up to the top with something the weight of an anchor too, probably better off leaving it there, if its just buried in the sand he should be able to pull it by tying off to a boat and driving away. Great footage, looks like you got very lucky with the visibility you had there, its going to get worse fast now as the algae bloom has just started to take off in most places. Hope you are well 👍
Sea chavs 😂. Yea it was a bit too deep for me really. I thought when I dived down that there’s no way I’m going to move this anchor as I couldn’t even see it, it was so buried
Cracking video video shaun. I'm sure that was Martin piloting that boat for your rescue mission. Looked amazing under the water mate. Keep up the good work.
Yeah, nah, that was NOT big, clever, or, in any way, fun! _"Yeah, mate, it's only a few feet down, pop down, risk your life, there's a good chap!"_ Scary, scary shit for sure! Beautiful place, love the entirety of Cornwall, which is why, in two weeks time, we are moving down from Warwickshire, see ya soon, Shaun!!!
@@LoveSundays Been wanting to move down for years! After this years 2 week summer hols, stayed at Levant, we decided to take the plunge. First job I got an interview for, they hired me! Found a sweet lil' 3-bed bungalow in Redruth, and BOOM, we move down on 1st November. BUZZING!!!
My swim float has pockets, straps and D loops, I think it’s meant for spear fishermen. Got it so I can keep my car keys safe. I attach a reel to it so I can still dive under.
A company called dive INN. think they’re based in Spain. Cost me about £30. They have tons from cheap ones that look like armbands with a flag attached to professional free diving ones at about £100. The reel I got of Amazon for about £20. Think the prices have gone up a bit since lockdown
@@garybenson2280 just ordered a float of eBay and I’ve ordered the cressi bungee float line 12m from diveinn, only thing the carabiners were plastic so ordered 2 metal ones of eBay, thanks for posting and advice, can’t wait to get back out.
With a name like 'Love Sundays', one expects a wee bit of relaxing viewing. I shouldn't have to hold my breath that long when I'm trying to make the dinner. Please don't do that again. If you insist on getting all dramatic, find a nice girl and take her some Milk Tray! 😉😂
Looks lovely enjoyed this video and backing music also. I just wonder why there are so many idiots intent on destroying our lovely world? I know there are more good people, but in one way or another we are always trying to make up for the few, the small percentage of total and absolute idiots. Thank you.
Stunning footage from st Michael's mont especially under water with the seaweed and seacreters I'm glad you made it out of the deep waters and got some much needed air
That was a top class video Shaun underwater footage was outstanding and the visibility amazing. Am hoping to get down there on Wednesday evening for the first time now seeing your video makes me want to get in for sure. My brother and myself have been saying for a couple of years about going right around the mount think it would be an amazing snorkel. Thanks Shaun for a first class class episode can't wait for the next one 👍🤿
Awesome, my favorite beach. The sand on beach isn't so great, a bit coarse , but overall it's great in terms of safety, scenery, and overall environment it's fantastic. So beautiful there!
Oh Shaun... I was holding my breath for you on that dive 😵😤...was glad to see you at the surface 🙏. Absolutely gorgeous footage again of the beautiful sea life 👌💝...that sea urchin was amazing 😍....thanks again Shaun for a great video and loving the music as usual 🎶👍😁
This was a good start of my day, watching this beautiful video 🤩 The sub sea shots are incredible. And the area itself is amazing. Nice of you to try to find the anchor 👍🏻😁
We saw snorkelers while at Michaels mount. I thought then, I bet there are some treasures lurking. Great vlog as always. Glad to see the sun shining and you doing what you do best 👌
Just Finished watching ur vid the the tv 📺 absolutely amazing as always but got tense when u went on the Love Sundays rescue mission 😱 By the way the music in this is absolutely stunning …. In fact every vid has amazing tunes on ❤️❤️❤️ Love it
Thanks Dawn. I find it sometimes takes me just as long to find the right music to portray what I’m trying to get across in the story as it does to actually edit the video 😂. Glad you enjoyed the vid 👍
@@LoveSundays always do sir …. U choose well every song Iv heard is absolutely beautiful but the two main ones I heard in this vid I’m sure U have used before and they r my fave x
