Nice car. Love the humour. Re the heavy steering, is your steering wheel smaller than standard? If so, that will make it heavier than it should be. I have a Mk2 with no power steering and standard wheel and it's fine.

I have an 85 mk2. Great video, made me happy.

Always found it funny that people in the US want round headlight golfs, and that people in Europe want the Westmoreland front end with squares.

I drove a bmw e46 daily with no power steering for about a year. The golf is easy and light.
