I actually find this really freaky. The ocean terrifies me, and giant stuff jumping out of the ocean on top of the boat definitely does.

Really neat concept! Like you said, it's very Shadow of the Colossus, but sea oriented. The art design was decent and the boss models were great from what we saw. I think the boat health mechanic is a little weak; it doesn't seem like it's very dangerous to take damage and the fixing of it seems very easy, but also clunky in the middle of a fight. I wish the dev good fortune as they keep making this one!

This is very unique and creepy! When the storm hit with the darkness and that huge whale jumping in and out of the water, I got super spooked

Watched IGP play this one already and it has A LOT of promise. With a little bit of polish on the rougher areas this could be a great game. It's already a blast to play, and the mechanics are all there.

I wouldn't mind seeing you play more games like these. Games more in the adventure or mystery categories instead of horror all the time, I love the horror but sometimes a break from those is good.

A fisherman, harpoon, and giant sea monsters........ the first thing that crossed my mind the moment you gave this intro was "Old Man and the Sea" by Ernest Hemingway.

That's another part that reminds me a lot of Shadow of the Colossus. You could go of Agro's reins to aim your bow while riding, and the game's AI would prevent him from running off a cliff or into a tree, but even then it made me nervous.

I mention this in another RU-vid that played this game a few weeks back, but to me, it feels like this game would play a bit better if they put in an AI-controlled helmsman that the player can command while they fight the monsters, could add strategy on telling the helmsman to turn to avoid attacks and stuff, and they could and RPG like elements in that you hire the helmsman and they have different skill levels and they can be affected by the events that happen out in the water. Plus this could add a Co-Op mode where one player harpoons and the other controls the boat.

I don’t agree about the ai. the whole “one person against a monster” is so cool and central to the feeling. I think you could add strategies that are more time management and juggling priorities that wouldn’t compromise the part that makes the game feel great

This first boss is my favorite one since it sum up what I like about oceanic surface titan and since its mostly use melee attacks the fight feels more personal.

Yeah, this is hugely influenced by Shadow of The Colossus... The first fight was okay, but the second one was very chaotic, as least as a viewer :) The idea is fun, but it needs work.
