This game has gut-punched me several times, but man that hit hard at 20 minutes in, and then it did it again again as it came to a close. That's so well done to have us this invested in the characters and their situation, a combination of great voice acting and solid writing. This one impressed me so much. I was concerned that it being by the Chinese Room that it'd be lackluster like Machine for Pigs was, but they knocked this one out of the park. The characters felt real, and I rooted for most of them, especially Roy, Brodie, Finlay, and Caz. This is great stuff.

Chris I have been watching your channel since you were 10k subs. Your the best Horror Let's Player IMO. I only have 1 little niggle. Would you please consider upgrading your recording to higher bit rate, or to 1440P to help out with the blockyness that youtube adds to videos.
i don't understand the a teacher calling names for attendance she can clearly see every student from where she is. she knows they are there already! Agetha showed up to school the very next day? doubtful. why pronounce Johan as Yohan? phillip took way too long to realize johan is evil.... and what about agethas dad? why didn't get get revenge on johan?
Johan is indeed pronounced Yohan. You've been pronouncing it wrong ig if you thought it's J and not Y. That's just how it is with almost all European languages except English.
I'm sorry Chris, but I disagree. I wasn't a fan of this one. It was a real slowburn, and not a lot happens in the game. It wasn't particularly scary or suspenseful, i thought it was fucking boring! 😴
Such a beautiful game. And I don't (just) mean the visuals. I mean the characters and their writing, their excellent voice acting... their interactions felt so real. I got serious Alien-vibes (first movie specifically) from their interactions.
This one is so good and unsettling! Pretty much everything could have been prevented if Filip did what Agatha asked and was a bit less of a pushover...
